Very nice from check-in to check-out. Easy curb-side valet parking - very pleasant and helpful attendant. The room was very nice - comfortable bed and loved the sizeable shower. We checked in a few minutes early, but it was not a problem at all - they had a room ready for us and even asked us if we were ok w/the 20th floor, or would we prefer a higher level, which we took advantage of, for a great view of the city from our corner room. We enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual event.

Service elevator was full of used towels and glassware. The rest of the property was spotless and beautiful. The service elevator really detracted from the rest

A historic property has been converted into a luxury hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and you must check out the Prohibition era bar on the 27th floor. Another must is the observation deck and the museum detailing the history of the building.

Although the property was comfortable and nice, we did not have hot water the last day. When calling the front desk they did not know of an issue and just recommended letting the water run for several minutes. After 5 minutes of letting it run I could not stand to waist water with still no hot water.

Of the four elevators, only two were working. This caused backups in the lobby at check in time and at the end of the day. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Just a hassle to get to your room.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Great food and entertainment in the area, and the Prohibition bar was awesome. Parking in that area is a pain, and the price for valet parking is a little over the top.

Parking was a bit inconvenient but it’s in downtown so it was expected, but staffs and rooms were nice and up to standards. Would def recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious stay.

Hotel cobrado de lujo pero el servicio es normal. Empezando por la llegada nadie recibe tus maletas del taxi, las llevas tú hasta el lobby y luego a tu habitación. Al llegar a la recepción le pedí por ser un viaje de aniversario una habitación con una buena vista, el recepcionista, un chavo de piel obscura, me dijo que si que esa era una buena vista y al llegar a la habitación, sorpresa, me dio vista al estacionamiento, regresé a pedirle me moviera a otra vista y más arriba y dijo que no era posible que los pisos superiores son para miembros, y me movió a otra con camas separadas aunque reservé King y a otra vista a otro estacionamiento, al parecer no tiene idea del hotel. Y me quedé ahí con un cuarto que la puerta en la noche sonaba por el aire del pasillo. No hay nada en el minibar. Y en general el hotel estaba vacío. El wifi no es gratis si no eres miembro miembro. La plancha del cuarto estaba súper bien. La regadera y cama están bien. No regresaría.

The bed linens were clean and very crisp (which I like) and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the bathroom. The lounge areas were beautiful and I loved the hotel bar. We would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed
Definitely not a super clean room, was easy to tell it either doesn’t get booked very often (it was right by the elevator) or if it truly had bad cleaners. The sheets were very uncomfortable, felt like paper. The complimentary birthday card in our room had the wrong name on it so that was disappointing. Unfortunately the night we stayed a private event was taking up the 27th floor so we couldn’t access the prohibition bar.
