cannot recommend this hotel at all
I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.

Schönes Ambiente. Große Zimmer.
Die Suite war geräumig und sauber. Die Poolanlage war gepflegt. Die Kekse am Abend waren sehr lecker und ein echtes Plus.

wirkt von aussen und innen eher dunkel und alt, ist es aber nicht, im Gegenteil: ein insgesamt gutes Hotel. Die Einrichtungen sind sauber, die Zimmer gross und bequem. Der Laufradius im Viertel des Hotels sollte allerdings (wie uns Aussenstehende sagten) bei Dunkelheit auf zwei Blocks beschränkt werden. Wir haben uns aber nicht irgendwie bedroht oder gefährdet gefühlt.

I didnt like how you have to pay to park your car when you stay there . The decor was beautiful but in the bathroom in the room its a cold school toliet needs to be updated makes you feel like back in school.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a night of crashing after a concert at US Bank! Love that the shower has full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Too bad the Coors Flu caught up with me so I didn’t use them. The hotel is 1/2mile walk to US Bank so not super close but close enough to walk! HCMC is nearby so sirens were pretty consistent, and the rooms themselves are not soundproof - at all! So not the most peaceful of places but I’d definitely stay here again! Super cute hotel!

The hotel staff was friendly but the restaurant was terrible service. Waited over fifteen minutes to only be told we no longer could order anything but fries! The table that arrived after us got food before we even got waited on. They weren’t limited to only fries! The fries came and were terrible soggy and clearly not cooked long enough. And 12.00 for just fries! The hotel was clean but the walls are paper thin. If your a light sleeper you may not sleep great here.

Overall great, one small problem the walk-in shower had a slot drain that was clogged and the water quickly ran over the lip onto the shower floor... I removed the cover and it was clogged with hair, got some TP and removed the hair, and it was fine... Kinda gross, but hardly end of the world... Otherwise room was immaculately clean... And Hotel is in a great location for downtown activities...

Nice hotel, king size room was very good, double bed room was not as clean in the bathroom(floor was a little dirty, shower tiles were showing signs of age) beds were comfortable, and rooms were quiet though, so overall a nice place to stay.

The women who checked us in was full of wrong information. She said that breakfast was all day, when it was over by 11am. She said she was putting us down for a late check-out and did not. She gave us wrong directions to a local place that we were suppose to be at. The heat to our room was not working, maintenance fixed that the next day. The refrigerator did not work. Mold was beginning to grow in the tub tile grout. We asked to have house keeping, they did not come to change linen.
