Quite great place. We would not hesitate to book there again. Great interior with biker flair. Also worth mentioning is the very nice lady at the reception. The Harley Davidson Museum just around the corner.

Damaged Blinds, in adequate dining options no mention of additional expense for parking on property at time of booking. Nonexistent, housekeeping and replenishment of Coffee supplies daily in room. Did not even include breakfast for the exuberant prize I paid Loft room.

When I made the reservation three months ago, they never told me that the main restaurant was going to be closed beca of renovations. I was also never told that what there was going to be additional fees for parking. My corner loft had a broken blind, no exhaust fence in the bathroom and the make up mirror was placed too high on the wall, so I was unable to use it because I’m too short. Even the closet door didn’t stay closed and would routine open on its own, preventing me from walking across the room without having to close it. I stayed four days at no point, housekeeping, replenished towels, or coffee supplies. Not at all what I expected for the price tag that was attached to the room.

We needed to leave right at 730am and the valley was nowhere to be found. Luckily the nice man behind the desk gave us our keys. Also, I’d never pay $400/night again for that room. Lovely hotel but not worth $400

Grossly over priced. Nothing special. All staff were indifferent at best. Booked pet friendly on Expedia and was charged another $100 on arrival. No microwave in room. Safe didn’t work. A lot of empty businesses in area.

We had an amazing experience staying with The Iron Horse Hotel! I booked a room to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and this hotel had all of the luxury we were looking for and more. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly valet employees who helped me park me car while we checked in. We chose to do park in the parking garage directly next door and it was very easy and a much better price compared to other options. Employees are on standby to open doors, which was such a nice addition. Check in was so convenient and pain free; they provided welcome drinks upon arrival, which was such a delightful surprise! The rooms have a great mix between an industrial and a luxurious feel which we loved! The room I chose had a beautiful city view, are soundproof, and share a wall with the shower, which was a treat. The beds are very comfortable, and the blackout curtains let us have a great sleep. We opted to have breakfast delivered to the room, and I’m so glad we did. The BLET and vanilla latte were delicious, and the portions were large for a very reasonable price. The bathroom is very sleek and overall cleanliness of the rooms was great. There is a rainfall shower head with a handheld attachment for convenience; the shower products provided have a more masculine scent but are still very nice to use. Checkout was at noon which I appreciated, and again, checkout was a very quick and smooth process. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and we will be back!

This is a great hotel and offers convenience to just about anywhere. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very nice. The parking is convenient but you do have to pay for it. The name of the hotel is only on two sides of the building (not the front of it) which was not the side we came in on so at first we didn't realize it was the hotel and passed it up. It's no big deal but would be nice if the front of the building had the name on it.

It was quiet but not within walking distance of anything. The parking was inconvenient at best so we ended up valet parking at $40 a night. For the above average price for the room, we didn't get any extras (like chocolate, cookies or small dining vouchers).

Huge King room on 6th floor, clean and aesthetically the best hotel in the city. Very cool bathroom design, comfortable bed, quiet nights sleep. Made use of bar and saw people enjoy other communal areas.

The property is within walking distance of just about everything. The rooms are nice, however just a warning the bathroom at least in our room has a privacy type glass between it and the sleeping area...so you can see someone in the shower doing their thing and if someone turns the bathroom light on in the middle of the night it lights up the whole room waking whomever is asleep.
