Very disappointed that the rooms only had very small refrigerators & NO microwave. This is Amish country. People need bigger refrigerator in rooms & thevtown shuts down before dinner, so microwaves are also needed.. No elevator :(

A great clean and safe hotel in Berlin and within walking distance to the town. Also a lovely breakfast with a fantastic view!

I first want to say this is a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, nice location and great price. The problem came when we flushed the toilet. We realized the water was constantly running. When you flushed it, the sound it made was like a screeching motorcycle. Very loud. The person with me just happen to be sick most of the night so it never stopped. When I told the lady at the front desk on checking out of the problem. Her reply was I know. We have a service call out for it. I then ask her why would you they put me in this room with it's problem. Her reply was to blame the night shift person. Mind you there was more empty rooms than full rooms. I could of stayed in another room. This is a management problem. They should of marked that room as out of order. I don't normally leave bad reviews. The attitude of the lady at the from desk who really didn't care ticked me off. As well as being tired from no sleep and paying for it!

Smelled like a dog, very depressing, no colors no pictures, ac/heat unit made a noise all night that was irritating,won’t be staying there again

Very firm queen beds. Very Low toilet. Room appeared clean and was able to park directly outside of pet-friendly room. Discourteous check in clerk who was flippant to another guest having power failure issues and another guest attempting to check in. Breakfast staff were very polite and helpful.

You could hear people in the other rooms talking, flushing toilets, and taking showers . We couldn't park outside our door because a truck was parked there, taking up two spaces He kept starting his truck several times during the night. We didn't get much sleep.

Nice location near shopping. Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and plenty of space. The breakfast was good. Biscuits & Gravy, egg with cheese or jimmy deans breakfast sandwiches along with an assortment of pastries. I would stay here again.

Property was neat clean and well located. Breakfast waffles are very good rest of breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches danish individual wrapped bagels and bread. Coffee was only fair coffee machine could use an upgrade similar to one at Troyers in apple creek

We have stayed at the Carriage House before and enjoyed it. This stay was also enjoyable. I will say that there was an order in the water so we only drank bottled water. Also the pipes were quite noisy when water was used. All in all we liked our stay and would stay here again.
