Normally, when we receive a request for a quiet room, we try at assign a room away from the street. Unfortunately due to essential maintenance works in august it was necessary to place an external platform but the workmen were not present at the weekend. In terms of the other guests that were making noise, I ask you to accept my most sincere apologies. there are things that unfortunately we cannot foresee.I am sorry that the room was not to your taste but please rest assured that we have a constant improvement program in place.I do hope you will give us a second chance next time you visit Milan.The Management

I was pleased that we were able to accomodate you in your room at 1PM but was sorry that the room had a smell of sigarettes. the hotel is completely non smoking and please rest assured that we sanify the ambience with ozone. Unfortunately, the hotel is very busy at the moment, and as much as we always try and find a solution for the late check out, it is not always possible in order to guarantee the room for the next guest at 2pm. We hope you will give us a second chance next time you visit Milano!
