My room was cold even though the heat was on. The bottom of the door and around the door needed some weather stripping because air was coming in under the door.

BED BUGS!!!!! Woke up in the morning to my son having bites on his face, arms, and stomach. Pulled the covers back to find bed bugs crawling on the sheets. We immediately gathered everything and went to the fron desk. I showed the lady pictures and videos of the bugs, as well as the bite marks on my son. She apologized but when i asked for a refund she refused to provide me with one and stated they do not do refunds!!!!! The rooms are outdated and dingy. Beware of this shady establishment

Awful room
The toilet seat was broke and the refrigerator door was crooked and had a hard time closing it. Would have taken a bath in the jacuzzi tub but was afraid that it may not have been that clean since there was water stains on the ceiling and we were on the first floor. Also there was no free breakfast, the lobby was not even open to the public to get a room, they used a night service button twenty four seven. Already left so did not get a chance to take a photo.

This place makes Motel 6 look like Buckingham palace. I was not allowed entrance to the lobby. The owner made me stand outside &wait for him, at least, 30 minutes before i was allowed to check in. The surrounding grounds are full of junk and trash. The room was so nasty & tore up, it looked more like they should rent by the hour. The positives are: the sheets were clean and appeared to have not been slept in, the bathtub & toilet were clean, there didnt appear to be any evidence of bed bugs. Why did i stay after seeing how trashy it is? 1) My reservation was non-refundable; 2) I had been up for nearly 24 hours. I was about to fall over. Seriously, pay the extra money and go to Hampton down the road.

Hotel room was infested with bed bugs. No towels in room after not checking in after 3pm. One roll of toilet paper in room. Room was clean, but housekeeping never cleaned during stay just knocked on door and asked if we needed anything one out of three day stay.

NO HEAT! In 17 degree weather .Now I know what it is like to be homeless. Complained and told "use low, heat don't work too good here".
All electrical sockets were extreme fire hazards.
Mess on every single wall. Disgusting!
Toilet leaked terribly.

Bed bugs and cockroaches oh my!
I would not let my dog rent a room from here. I booked a room for a night, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me I would not even let me in the front door. When I got to the room all of the furniture was broken, microwave didn't work. Sitting on the sofa for 20 minutes I looked down and I have bed bugs crawling on my jacket. Tried to hide out in the bathroom and the cockroaches came to party with me. The toiletries provided like soap was already used. The blankets had burn holes all in them from cigarettes. I reached out to hotels.com to help me with the situation and the owners of the hotel refuse to cooperate. Luckily the customer service representative from hotels.com gave me a $50 credit towards my next room. But even if you're just like me just looking for a safe place to sleep at night and get a shower I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Very old motel almost in a state of disrepair. Dirty rooms, no pillowcases on very stained pillows, moldy shower curtain, drawer missing from dresser, ceiling cracking and peeling.

Time to close
"What a dump!" Dripping tub, leaking sink/wet carpet, missing light bulbs, appliances outdated/not working, dirty, no tv remote, no free continental breakfast as advertised, slimy green pool, keys did not work - the door was open when we got there! They seriously need to update the pictures and website to be truthful in advertising. It is nothing like the picture they have posted.

The lady in the front was very rude. The gentleman was awesome. The doors were loose and needed to be replaced, toilets wouldn't flush and the remote wouldn't work on the tv. There is no communication between staff which leads to rudeness.

The first room they out me in , the water didn't work and it smelled so bad . The second room they put us in was way to small and smelled , the third room has holes in the wall restroom and spiders in the bed im not kidding. The staff was terrible the whole building was terrible. But the owner had two Mercedes in the front but cant have a decent hotel . Came all the way from texas to see my grandkids and it was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and would like to report them . The pool was dirty green , the pictures pn the website are not the same in person . The definitely robbed us im not happy at all .

First room was non smoking yet covered in ashtrays and smelled like cigarette smoke. Couldn’t lock the door because it had been kicked in and the lock was busted. The next room we were placed in had tools all over the bathroom floor. When we moved the curtain the wall was gone. We checked out 7 rooms before we found one that didn’t have people in it, or disgusting.

The carpets were disgusting. Sticky, made my kids feet black. I don't mean dirty i mean black! The plug in on the hair dryer was broke. And 2 tiles in the shower wall was missing so there was a hole in the wall. Had to wait on an attendant one time and never got one to come to the window when trying to checkout
