The rooms are quite run down. It is a motel-style location where you can park your car right outside the entrance to your room. We had two neighbouring rooms. The cleaning was ok, however, we found several dark hairs in the bathroom. Also, the fridge was super loud, so we unplugged it for the night. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had a very bad small evaporating in one room. It smelled kinda fishy like a gutter. We reported the smell upon check out as we only stayed one night. The personel at the check-in was very friendly. The breakfast was ok, typical American breakfast with bagels, eggs, meat sausages and pancake/waffle makers. Nothing to complain there. Overall, we wouldn't stay there again, though. The rooms just didn't feel inviting and welcoming.

Gut für ein oder zwei Nächte in der Nähe zum Space
Unterkunft ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Betten waren bequem und auch sauber, aber die Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen ist nicht so gut. Frühstück war inklusive aber verzichtbar. American Breakfast ist ja für uns Deutsche gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber hier war es sehr minimalistisch und leider auch in schlechter Qualität. Aber in Anbetracht des Preises für die Unterkunft kann man darüber hinwegsehen. Wir haben gut geschlafen und das ist für uns das Wichtigste.

Hatten aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und waren dann ob des Anblicks schockiert. Das Zimmer war komplett abgewohnt, teilweise konnte man hinter die Fliesen blicken. Die Tür schloss nicht richtig und generell löst die Lage erhebliche Sicherheitsbedenken aus. Wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir sofort ein anderes Hotel gebucht haben, obwohl wir das Geld nicht zurückbekommen für die Horrorlodge.

Alles bestens wie in den Jahren zuvor. Konnten uns bei Ankunft ein Zimmer sogar aussuchen. Einziges Manko ist das die Zimmereinigung Betten machen nur alle 2 Tage stattfand. Trotzdem nochmal großen Dank an Luisa und dem Team von Travelodge Florida City... Wir kommen gerne wieder.......
