Very nice and good priced hotel with a good 30 minutes to miami beach. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well equiped. I really enjoyed my stay and will comeback.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in der Nähe der Dolphin Mall. Leider waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht. Die Ausstattung ist zwar recht neu und modern, aber nicht durchdacht und qualitativ schlecht. Die Badtür ging nicht zu, weil sie krumm und schief angebracht wurde. Es gab nur an einer Seite des Betts eine Steckdose. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, jedoch ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig. Aufgrund Corona Beschränkungen wurde ein mickriges Frühstück to go angeboten.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel! Einchecken war schon früher möglich! Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer in Nähe der Aufzüge, welche man ständig gehört hat! Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück!

They gave us a ground floor room and there was noise from ourside. Also the first night the air conditioning unit started to make a terrible sound every time it turns on. We coundn't sleep. The next morning we reported it and they kind of solved.

El hotel está espectacular, acceso a muchos restaurantes donde puedes ir caminando, le doy 4 estrellas en la calificación general porque no me pareció justo que no hicieran servicio de habitación, no me parece que los hoteles después de COVID hayan puesto esta nueva “regla” de no limpiar las habitaciones a diario, nosotras estuvimos por 3 días y le pedí a la chica del lobby que nos hicieran servicio de limpieza de nuestra habitación y me dijo que no porque solo estaríamos 3 días, que a mi punto de vista es suficiente como para hacerle servicio a un cuarto de hotel, le pedí que por favor nos dieran toallas nuevas y me dijo que lo intentaría, al final no lo hicieron, pero el resto de las condiciones del hotel estuvieron excelentes.

Very nice hotel, poor breakfast
Rooms are spacious, bright and clean, very nice. Breakfast has a very poor food selection, plastic and often breaking cutlery. Employees are not sympathetic to customers. I got the impression they don´t care to much in regard to their jobs.
