Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles sauberes Zimmer, schöne Lobby und Poolbereich. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Spent one night coming back from the Keys. Right off the Turnpike, with several restaurants and shops in either walking distance or max five mins drive. Nice pool area. Good value for money.

People partying around the pool outside. Had to csll the reception to cut the party at 1:30 pm. It was within the week, do stay away from the rooms at pool side.

The hotel was wonderful and almost everything you'd expect from a Hampton. The reason I took two stars off for property condition and facilities was because the juice machine was down for our four day stay, so during breakfast, the only thing to drink was white milk. Also, the pool was closed because it needed maintenance, which is understandable from time to time, but I never once saw them working on it, and that made the closure more frustrating. Granted, they could have been waiting for a part, but I still missed being able to swim in the pool. The hotel common areas and the room were very clean though, and the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions you had, even if it was simply pointing you in the right direction. It was also quiet and peaceful.

Lisa, what an incredible review. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are working with the City of Homestead to update some paperwork. The pool doesn't need any fixings, but they won't allow us to have it open until the paperwork is completed that's why you didn't see anybody working on it. Our juice machine is working now. I hope we get to host you again.

Problem with card charges, they charge things that they leave in transit and you have to file complaints and that should not be because they are deposits that must be released immediately and this affects the availability of funds

Shampoo and Conditioners were out and we needed to request. Not enough towels provided upon arrival. Bed/mattress is sagging and not comfortable to sleep on. It also makes squeaky noises. Breakfast option is very basic and not great. Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants and stores around.

Front desk staff always friendly. Good breakfast options. Unfortunately the pool isn't heated so no one used the pool. The washing machine needed the change emptied to use but it took a few hours for them to do and they didn't notify us like they said they would.
