Obwohl das Hotel noch nicht alt ist ist es wie so oft in den USA etwas verwohnt ...Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das tolle Personal und das leckere Frühstück, das wir im Vorgarten einnehmen konnten und das war jeden Morgen einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel ist super gelegen zum Beach und zur Lincoln Road und damit in einer Top Lage. Unser Zimmer war etwas laut, die Geräusche kamen von draußen - vermutlich eine Kühlanlage etc., wir konnten nicht localisieren woher das Geräusch kam. Eigentlich der einzige minus Punkt. Wir hatten sonst einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Great Stay, clean and god Location. Only remarks: 1. There is no door on the bathroom. It's see in from the bed. (therer is only a half tainted glass shower door, but you can see directly into the shower from the bedroom. 2. The separate toilet room doesn't have a sink. You have to walk into the bathroom to wash your hands. 3. The breakfast is not a buffet. You get to choose between 7 dishes. (Exp: Half a toast with avocado and 1 egg).

Sommerurlaub
Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Der Boden insbesondere derjenige im Bad wurde nie gesaugt. Ferner wurden die Einrichtungsgegenstände nie entstaubt. Die Bettwäsche, wurde aufgrund unserer Hinweise, erst nach einer Woche gewechselt. Das Housekeeping war zeitweise nach 15.30 Uhr nicht "gemacht" bzw. erst nach Einwand entsprechend erledigt. Trotz Unterhaltsarbeiten am Pool (konnte während ca. 3 Tagen nicht genutzt werden) gab es keinen Hinweis nach einer Kooperation mit einem anderen Hotel zwecks Poolnutzung. Hinweis erfolgte erst auf Nachfrage. Insofern war der Pool mindestens eine halbe Woche nicht benutzbar. Nach starken Gewitter wurde der Pool am Folgetag wieder mit Wasser gefüllt, d.h. das Poolwasser bestand konkret aus Regen- und Poolwasser. Der Pool war entsprechend verunreinigt. Die Klimaanlage des Nachbargebäudes (Hotel Hyatt Centric) verursacht enorme Lärmemissionen, auch die eigene Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls sehr laut (wohlwissend das Klimaanlagen in den USA problematisch sind). Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist eine Übernachtung nicht möglich. Die Hilfs- und Servicebereitschaft der Rezeption war ok, der Servicelevel und die Freundlichkeit des Gastrobereichs hingegen eine Enttäuschung. Ferner ist noch der gestrichene Flughafentransfer zu erwähnen (war bis 2019 inbegriffen). Anstelle dessen wurde eine Taxifahrt zu regulären Preisen angeboten. Dies entgegen versprochener Vorzugskonditionen, wir haben uns daher für Uber entschieden.

Wir hatten ein Premium-Zimmer gebucht und Blick aufs Meer. Zimmer sehr schön und Sauberkeit sehr gut, Personal absolut freundlich! Einziger Minuspunkt für uns das inkludierte Frühstück: Man darf nur ein Gericht bestellen (Portionen mittel bis klein) weitere Gerichte gegen Bezahlung.

Top Lage, fußläufig zur Lincoln street, ocean drive Strand (Liegen sind im Preis inkludiert). Valet parking kostet 35 Dollar am Tag, man kann das Auto jederzeit erhalten wenn man es benötigt. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer wurde tgl. gereinigt was ich in den anderen Hotels zu dieser Zeit selten erlebt habe. Wenn man inkl. Frühstück bucht, dann erhält man tgl. Wasser, 1 Toastbrot, 2 Rühreier und ein Cappuccino was sehr gut schmeckte oder amerikanischen Kaffee und ein Glas Orangensaft. Aber wenn man das dann tgl konsumiert schmeckt es irgendwann nicht mehr so gut...Wenn man etwas von der Frühstückskarte nimmt, muss man halt draufzahlen, man kann um ca. 15 Dollar konsumieren...ein Bagel kostet jedoch zB 6 Dollar.

Good miami beach hotel.
Hotel absolutely ok fpr miami beach. Eventhough, the hotel seems kind of old, it is modern and renovated. Rooms are not big but sufficient. Everything clean and food is good. Prices for parking are high- as always in Miami. But there is a public garage right around the corner. Pool area is nice but we were a bit dossapointed that there was no service at tbe pool most of the time (it was emprty at the pool as well though). Check in was fast and lady was friendly. In generak the service could have a been a bit better though. Internet was very good, which made work very comfortable- definitely a 5* for that. Beach is 4 min walking. You need to pay the beach resort fee - if you use it or not. Kind of lame in our opinion and should be clearly stated before booking. As well weird that your resort fee includes chairs and towels but no umbrella (highly recommendable for miami sun); they charge you 26/27 USD for the umbrella on top. All this is a bit unpleasant. Hotel surely recommendable but with the flaws described above. Location actually good, if you wanna be in the center of miami beach and visit the beach.

The location, uniqueness and staff really make this hotel special! Special! My mom and I had a great time and the beach was so easy to access. They have towels for you at the front desk but they also have towels for you at the beach as well as beach chairs. It was just all so convenient and to be able to come back and go to the pool at the end of the afternoon and take a walk to dinner made our trip to Miami wonderful. Thank you so much!

The customer service from the manager Giovanni was rude and the staff followed. Nothing was explained at check in and an additional 300 deposit was requested upon check in. I told him that there was no notice when I booked, could he show me or he should be aware of the fact it is not mentioned when booking. He refused to show me and continued refuse to look at me when I was speaking. The room was not what I expected. The room smelled from the sewage and there were no robs as promised on the booking. The staff went in our room without our consent and when I asked why this was not explained during check in the manager again refused to look at me and provide us with simple explanation. If you are a person that likes good customer do not stay here.

Great location. The room wasn’t that clean. It was “standard” clean from afar but there were stains on the floor, bed, towels, and on the walls. There were also hard water marks on the shower head along with mold. The sink was also dirty around the handles, on the counter, and on the faucet. The room smelled and felt very damp. Face to face with other guests when looking out the window. You can see them and they can see you. Mid-wall windows and very limited TV options. The surfaces in the room were also very scratched up and looked worn.
