I really enjoyed my stay, it’s very conveniently located to everything. The tours offered by the hotel were also excellent. My only suggestion would be to get stronger air conditioning as the one in the rooms don’t cool very much.

Todo excelente, el servicio, la limpieza y el personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el aire acondicionado del cuarto era muy ruidoso y no enfriaba, solo mantenía apenas fresco el cuarto.

The staff that welcomes guests is generally unkind. They work as if they hated their jobs, specially at the reception desk. When we arrived to our first assigned room it smelled like someone had smoked marijuana and then someone else had spread air freshener. And in the room located in front of us the guests were listening corridos at a high sound volume. That was on the second floor of the hotel. The next room that we got assigned was on the third floor of the hotel. This second room that we got assigned was clean. But the smell of tobacco smoke was all over the place outside of the room, in the corridors of the third floor.

Por medio de la reservación fue más accesible el precio por noche, pero no fuenpor eso que elegí ese lugar, sino por la ubicación y los horarios del check in y out, los cuales resultaron falso, en internet decían que el check aut era a las 3 y resultó que fue a la 1, pero la estancia no fue agradable, se escuchaban las voces del cuarto de a lado, tuve que poner unas sábanas en la ventana para que disminuyera un poco el ruido. La habitación era muy sencilla, y el baño no tenía una adecuada cortina que impidiera que el agua se saliera del área. Me pareció una habitación muy antigua para el costo regular, cuyo precio ya no quise pagar por renovar una noche más, mejor me fui a otro hotel.
