„We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. At low tide, you can walk quite a distance along the beach and explore tidal pools. We loved that it was walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and close to other surf breaks. The ...

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!“

„Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10“

I wish written check-in details and instructions were included in the space provided by Vrbo. I only got a text with door codes and wifi. The first guest to arrive got a walk-through with a couple verbal instructions but they had to try to remember what to relay to the rest of us. The house was incredible -- note that the pictures online do not do it justice; it was truly the best looking house on the block.
