Dissapointing stay in a overpriced Hotel
Pool ist just a wirlpool. Gym is useless. sauna only works after complaining. Hotel in good location but not well run. Extended our stay (2 out of 3 rooms) for 1 night. Not possible without changing all the rooms. 1 was just next door. What a terrible organisation. Wanted to pay all the rooms at the check out. Gave them all the roomnumbers and days. Guy was unable to do it. Gave him the numbers 3 times. Couldnt do it. Gave me just some bill for 2 rooms and told me that they have the creditcard details if needed. Try to help him again with numbers and dates. Not able. Now my Hotels.com account is blocking my bonus nights i have planed for my holidays now. Incompetend front personel means bad management! just fits to a very average stay. Nowhere near 4 stars. Far to expensive for quality

Tolles Zimmer mit wertiger Einrichtung, wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort um die Stadt zu erkunden, deshalb hat der Ausblick auf die Mauer uns nicht gestört.

Rooms need a good clean was dusty everywhere and mould in bathroom.. Walls were dirty and found couple insects/spider.. Service was good and price was also good.. Location was very good close to public transport to city

Have stayed here more than 20 times over the years, it’s a nice hotel with magnificent views of the city, especially at night, if you can get a city view room on the Eighth or ninth floor, you will be amazed. The Buffet breakfast has gone downhill a bit over the years, fresh orange juice machine has gone, but they do have a very good coffee machine and if you ask for a take away cup to take coffee away with you, it’s no problem. Unfortunately the biggest draw card of this hotel which is the rooftop pool and hot spa With beautiful city views is closed and has been for a fair while and looks like it will remain closed for a while yet, as they can’t fix the leaks,

Whilst property is nice and in good location I had issues with my room missing basic necessities. No milk in mini bar for coffee machine. TV remote completely missing, no room service signs, room service filling to refill milk, vents in room we covered in dust, bathroom clearly had repair works and either not completed or just left to look half done. No QR code on TV as instructed for menus, no paper menus for reference. Oil used for chips was in need of clean. Breakfast was stone cold and bacon clearly from a Bain Marie so undercooked. Parking is cheap compared to most other places but I’m not sure what was deluxe about my room other than the Dyson hairdryer. When I pointed out to reception that basics are being missed nothing was really offered apart from an apology. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great place to stay. Easy transport into town with lots of trams running along St.Kilda Rd, stopping 100 metres from hotel. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

Overnight Stay
We stayed in a twin room for one night. We checked in just after 3pm, and found the pillows had not had pillow cases put on yet, and they were stacked on the desk. Someone turned up about 3:30 to put them on and finish the beds, they were very apologetic. The room was nice, and spacious, nice bathroom area. TV had streaming services so the kids could log into our Netflix and Disney. Room Service prices were quite reasonable and arrived really quickly. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Would stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this property many times and they were perfect. This stay was below average based on the service received by staff. The ability to use the car park (which was arranged) was like pulling teeth. To leave the car park at the end of the stay was also a challenge to have them open it! No housekeeping at all, no in room dining option or mini bar available for the first night. Personal service at front desk was appalling. Will recorder my first stay options next visit to Melbourne.

Great hotel, but check something before you book!
Good hotel, had a few stays here and have always been happy. Great value, comfy beds and pillows, spacious rooms etc. Unfortunately for this visit something went wrong with the hot water service. Apparently it was hotel wide. Wasn't able to have a shower for the second day of my visit which wasn't ideal. Sometimes these things happen. If you're looking to stay there in the near future, perhaps check if it's fixed 😉.
