Komfort
Die Wände des Wohnzimmers sollte neu gestrichen werden und das Doppelbett etwas größer sein. Die Couch hat viele Dellen und zwar ungemütlich. Die Basic-Einrichtungen des Fitnessstudios sind OK. Gute Tram-Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum und Strand. Leider nicht so viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Schönes Hotel, im Winter ohne Heizung zu kalt
Check in war leider vor der offiziellen Zeit nicht möglich. Personal war aber nett und hilfreich. Hotel liegt direkt an der Tram-also ideal um in ca 20 Minuten in der Stadt zu sein. Großer Nachteil im australischen Winter - ohne Heizung und zugigen Fenstern war es sehr kalt im Zimmer!

Nothing unique about it but just a rundown old joint. They are trying renovate it, but still not good enough its facilities are not up to standard with poor staff attitudes,this place offers you old squeaky bed ,just enough room to lie down and sleep,very poor bathroom, just a simple low end of a budget motel. Do t let the price fool you into booking it because it has hidden fees like parking ($20) per day .JUST not satisfied at all.

It was awful Check in requested my credit card to take $100 bond and they would refund it after check out if no damage done. They should mention that on their website. The tops of power points near Kami was putrid and the doors into the rooms were so heavy that when my friend and I , both on walking frames, found it really difficult to open and get into the room. The showers only had a half screen and the floor got realky wet and it was dangerous for us to step out of the shower safely. We had to use towels to wipe it up before we could be safe

A really quiet space to relax. The bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the best I've used in a hotel. Great value for the price.

We stayed overnight in the heritage sweet. The room was big and nice. The place needed a good clean as there were lots of surface areas that haven’t been wiped over. We couldn’t get the plug out of the bath and the shower would wet the area near the toilet. We also found a giant white tail spider on the wall. The parking is only available for small cars due to the car lift.

Very run down. Staff were helpful and moved our room due to damp smell. Furnishings, carpets, paint.. all overdue for an overhaul. Ok for a quick stay but not to spend time in the room. Bedding was clean otherwise overall condition of room was depressing and just passably clean. Wouldn't stay again. Location was good.

Large apartment with everything you need. Cooking facilities, full sized fridge, washing machine & dryer. Mattress was a bit hard for us. Only a $10 Uber ride into ackland street but cafes wihtin a few minutes walk

My mother and were trapped by a jammed door and couldn’t get out of the room. The phone line in the room was broken and couldn’t contact the receptionist to get us out. Using our mobile phone we called the number and connected to the receptionist on staff who had to get us out opening the door from the outside. When I requested a new room as it was a matter of FIRE SAFETY STANDARDS TO BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE ROOM INCASE OF A FIRE the staff member lied telling me that the hotel was booked out which I discovered untrue by booking online a room under an alias. He was so extremely rude to us and arrogant in his mannerism and made excuses for the the avoidance of changing the room. There was another staff member who was much better and changed the room but by the time it happened it was after midnight 5 hours later after the initial complaint. My mother and I had an important appointment 7am and due to the situation escalated we both had so much anxiety we couldn’t sleep the entire night afterwards. This is unacceptable to me that it was even a discussion point regarding the rooms safety compliance deemed UNSAFE.

The first room we were given was on floor nine. There was a terrible smell in the hallway and the room had a terrible musky smell of smoke with furniture in very poor condition. We were moved to a room on floor thirteen that had a stale smell but much improved. Our room was not serviced despite leaving a sign on the door requesting the room to be made up. On return to our room late it was too late for servicing and we were just given replacement towels. Windows were filthy and the microwave didn’t work. This motel failed to live up to its description and images on Wotif.

The bathroom was pretty gross. Very mouldy shower curtain and grout. The silicone has deteriorated to the point of totally falling apart. I asked reception for a new shower curtain, however they don’t keep them in stock and don’t change them between guests. I got out an extra blanket - as the bed has one very average doona. Blanket had hair on it, so I assumed that wasn’t clean either. Housekeeping swapped for a new one. Bed was comfortable. Room was very small with $2 curtains.

On arrival we were given our room number and on opening the door of our allocated room we walked in on another traveller in the room. We had been given the same room as him.This was rather embarrassing for all concerned. Apparently the person we walked in on had also had this happen to him.
