Es wird sehr viel gekocht
Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels sind sehr gut, leider wird von vielen Gästen rund um die Uhr asiatisch gekocht, und der Geruch ist überall. Die Reinigung erfolgt auch nur oberflächlich, so blieben im Bad viele Haare zurück und Schimmel wird nicht entfernt.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately you do get a lot of cooking smells in a hotel where there are cooking facilities in every room. The hotel is not responsible for the cuisine that guests choose to cook in their rooms. I will investigate housekeeping cleanliness further so improvements can be made. Thank you for letting us know. The hotel is Ok, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is good as well. There are a few restaurants in that area and the street car is leaving right in front of the hotel. However, what was absolutely not Ok is the limited Internet allowance of just 250 MB per day. Checking Facebook once can easily add up to 50 MB alone. Watching a Youtube video, impossible with that few data. All other hotels that I know have no limit and they did not mention the cap at Expedia. So this was unexpected.

Lage und Qualität des Hotels sehr zufriedenstelend.Unbedingt gleich mit "Grossem Fruestueck" buchen und dann zu zweit einmal Omlett und einmal Pancake mit Eis und Erdbeeren ordern ( geteilte Freude ist doppelte Freude ) Im Fruehstueckscafe ist es leicht mit Australiern zu sprechen,die dort ihren Pausenkaffee ordern , denn Frühstück ist bis nach 11 h zu bekommen.

First room I checked into had the smell of mould, a previous guests pringles lid left on the seat (one can only assume the room was not cleaned and vacuumed), fluff on the ground, a dirty bath mat and the bathroom toiletries was already opened. As the hotel reception was only around till 8pm, I had to make do with the situation and the next morning asked to change room and told them the situation. I was then moved to a different room where there were 2 single beds instead of the 1. I rang and they sent their team to come up and redo the bed. Very little care was taken in the process It's cheap and the place is very very average. I wouldn't stay there again, even given the price point as the overall experience did not live up to the 'expectation' of what I was going to get for this priced hotel. Having said that, it's fair to say that not everyone has these bad experiences with an unclean room. Just don't set your expectations too high and remember that it's a budget friendly stay

Overall this was adequate. The TV was missing the remote, carpets were dirty and the bathroom floors clearly had not been mopped in a long time. I dropped something on the floor by the bathroom sink and saw under the cabinet and regretted it. It was gross. We were disappointed given the positive reviews. That said, the staff were nice, the area is great and right on the tram line. I have mixed feelings on the place, but in the end it worked out.

I hated this place. Numerous problems apparent just before 8.00pm, but reception had closed and the afterhours “service” was bith arrogant and non-helpful. A shocking experience necessitating miving to another hotel. If anything goes wrong after 7.00pm here, you are on tour iwn to try and resolve.

It was a good location. Paid parking onsite for a smaller car only as it is very tight. It was good for a short stay for a couple. Poor venting in bathroom leads to some mould around. Very high step up into the tub/shower.

We found staff very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The cafe downstairs was a bonus. We like to walk so we liked the location as we could walk to Southbank, CBD, St Kilda and managed to explore and stay heatlhy at same time! The tram is virtually outside your door otherwise!
