The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Positive thing first: We felt very safe in the hotel. That’s all. Now the negatives: First the property itself could be renovated, doors are not in good shape (as an example). Reception staff is not giving a warm welcome or the feeling to be welcomed. When asking (in a 5 star hotel!) for a city map they just said they do not have. Restaurant recommendations she had to ask someone and gave us 3 options but didn‘t ask which kind of food we‘re looking for. Hotel room we got was occupied and not ready for check-in. Second room was very dirty, see photos. Third room was okay but amenities were missing like hair dryer, cups in the bathroom for the toothbrush - to be expected in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was of literally poor quality. Also variety could be larger. Furthermore, small things bothered us that is to be expected in a hotel that should be one of the best ones in the city: making a table ready for the new guests one is missing a cup, the other one napkins… To sum up: find another, better place to stay in Medellín. We‘ll definitely not come back.

Massenbetrieb zu gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Das Hotel ist riesig und deshalb unpersönlich. Als Pluspunkt der grosse Pool mit schöner Grünanlage mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück war vom Angebot mässig und nicht wirklich lecker. Liebloses internationales Standarddesign, Qualität der eingesetzten Materialien gerade mal ok. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Although the rooms are slightly older. Overall this hotel is the best in Medellin. The location is great and you can walk anywhere to all the main spots. The pool and spa area are great. We had 35 people stay in the hotel for a wedding couldn’t have worked out better. They have transportation right there as soon as you walk outside. I would come back anytime.

the room smelled like someone smoked and needed a little remodeling as looks a little old. The toilet seat wobbled and I fixed it myself. The staff was great and breakfast good :-) Location is great too.

Doing construction during my stay horrible. Gym was missing weights and needs to be addressed. Won't stay here again!!!!! @@@@ Bookers beware!! I you invite a friend over you need to pay for them like a stay in your room. I had a friend come to the room and had to pay 3x for three friends visiting. I had a friend come to go to the pool..I hadda pay for that too...Youbpay and pay and pay..Gringo games!! Do a air BNB b your better off..Ridiculous!!!!

Tricky registration and guest policy. Even I paid for two persons room the hotel wanted to charge me for the second person 99$. The hotel should be more transparent about registration and guest policy. Those shady practices are usually done by single star properties. I just had the feeling hotel became greedy and started prying on foreign tourists.

Friendly staff. The Customer service experience -being tentative to picking up empty plates and offering additional drinks- should improve. Buffet area (breakfast) personnel need to provide faster service. We wanted a spice sauce and had to ask 4 different people and it took over 5-7 minutes. Other than these two things, the place and overall service was great!

I booked a double room with two twin beds as we were 4 people. When we arrived they gave us a single room where they had put an extra small bed in it. The When I called the front desk about it, they told me to pls stay in there for the night and that they will put us in a different room the next day. The other room was good, but we spent the first night in a room that I had not booked and was cramped. They also charged me for an extra person while pulling this off. Also breakfast area too small. Had to wait everyday before we could get in. Will not be going there back anymore.

I really loved this hotel, it was a great experience. Very clean, nice beds, great food and customer service. Family friendly. The only thing it is that the room had a door that communicated with another room and we heard everything. I didn’t feel comfortable about it. In general I recommended this hotel.

This property is a good choice for the price I paid. The amenities are good. It was clean overall. It’s in a great location. Right in the heart of all the fun.
