Traumhotel auf dem Lande
Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist sehr schwierig, da nicht mit ausreichend sichtbaren Hinweisschildern ausgezeichnet. Die abseits gelegende ländliche Lage des Hotels bedeutet, dass es in der Nähe nichts gibt und auch ein abendlicher Bummel entfallen muss. Dafür entschädigt das "Innenleben" des Hotels, der Service und das hervorragende Essen. Für erhohlungssuchende oder als Standquartier bei Rundreisen ist dieses Hotel optimal geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Auto wird von Angestellten zum Parkplatz gebracht und auch bei Bedarf wieder bereitgestellt. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Dieses neuwertige Hotel können wir ohne Bedenken empfehlen.

This is a beautiful resort outside of Mazaro del Vallo. We were only there one night at the end of the season so we didn't enjoy any of the big amenities like the pool. It's a ways outside of Mazaro, so if you are looking for a place in town, this isn't the place. But, it is a resort, and an absolutely beautiful one at that. The staff is exactly what you expect from a top resort. Super attentive, helpful in every way. We enjoyed our night there. Would recommend for those looking for a resort experience.

Rigtigt dejligt hotel/spa med god service og mange faciliteter. Eneste udfordring er beliggenheden “in the middle of nowhere” hvilket betyder at vi valgte at blive på hotellet alle tre dage. Efter tre dage havde vi - helt naturligt - behov for nye omgivelser.

Una cattedrale nel deserto
L'hotel sorge poco fuori da Mazara, quindi risulta necessario avere l'automobile. La struttura è ben tenuta, ma un pò retrò... Quasi un lusso decadente. Le camere sono molto spaziose, ma anche li si nota un pò il tempo che passa, con un tocco arabeggiante nei bagni. Presente un centro benessere che non abbiamo provato. Interessante la doppia piscina interna/esterna. Buona colazione e personale cortese ed efficiente.

A very nice property. It is certainly one of the nicest hotels in the area. Its location is odd because it reslly is on the middle of nowhere. Worth a stay, but no choices other than a 6 mile drive into town for drinks or dinner

Premetto che sono stata in questo resort diversi anni fa quando faceva parte ancora della catena Kempinsky. Già all’epoca mi sono trovata molto bene e ritornandoci nulla ha deluso le Mie aspettative. Resort pulito,ben gestito,personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato solo un po’ di confusione in piscina ma questo è stato dovuto alla presenza di diversi bambini. Per il resto tutto ottimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

struttura bellissima e confortevole
L'Hotel nasce da una precedente struttura che ha tenuto conto della cura dei particolari, degli arredi, della vegetazione. Molto ci sarebbe ancora da fare. I giochi d'acqua dietro la piscina coperta sono abbandonati e rimane solo la fontana vicino alla piscina esterna. Alcuni infissi sono deteriorati. La connessione internet è così lenta che è quasi inesistente. Molti dubbi sulla professionalità del personale, soprattutto di quello addetto agli ospiti stranieri. Occorrerebbero soprattutto un po' di 'vitalità' e di attività esterne per aprire la struttura ad un pubblico giovane

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva, si intuisce che qualcosa è cambiato dalla gestione Kempisky, nel parco alcuni giochi d’acqua sono in disuso così come le piscine poste nella zona “suite”. Abbiamo segnalato la vasca idro della spa con calcare in più punti. Personale efficiente ed efficace ma talvolta questo non basta.

Bell'albergo immerso nella quiete della campagna intorno a Mazara del Vallo. Fornito di SPA ( a pagamento), sale convegni e piscina che però necessiterebbe di maggiore manutenzione comprese le doccie limitrofe. Inconcepibile per una struttura di lusso che i clienti debbano recarsi in magazzino a prendere i materassi per le sdraio e non vi sia un'assitenza dedicata. Camere spaziose e ben arredate necessiterebbero maggiore cura in alcuni particolari. Wifi praticamente inesistente in una zona dove la ricezione delle normali linee telefoniche è praticamente nulla (ma si cerca il completo isolamento non è un problema)

A pearl among the vineyards
The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden that at the end of April was a blaze of colorful flowers. Luxury and relaxation go hand in hand in this well-kept facility and organized with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A special mention for bed and pillows of higher level, thanks to which I slept deeply and from which I woke up really refreshed. An aperitif with a view of the park and the swimming pool, a dinner based on Trapanese fish cous cous, prawns from Mazara and native wines from Marsala, complete an A-plus judgment.
