Aparthotel in Maryland buchen

"This was a very unpleasant experience we had on our tour through the united states as a family. The room itself was okay, but the Service was not good. There was some sort of error in the booking system of hotels.com , so my confirmation said breakfast and parking included, but the hotels booking system said otherwise. Instead of helping me sort out the issue, the receptionist was very clear that it was not her problem, so I had to book breakfast again. When I wanted to pay for it during checkout, they send me back and forth between the reception and the Mezzanine level since no one felt responsible for taking the payment. The same receptionist then said I should just leave, it would be her "gift to me" and she would sort it out with the Restaurant staff. Few days later they just charge my credit card without further info and also no receipt was send. "

"Das Hotel ist erstklassig, die Suites geräumig, die Bedienung exzellent. LEIDER liegt es weit weg vom Metro, also ist man ohne Auto aufs Taxi angewiesen. UND die Bar schon VOR 10 uhr Abends. Das kam mir seltsam vor."

"Everything good, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok, but not great in terms of variety, and real dishes and cutlery instead of plastic/paper ones would have been much preferred. "

"Also,erstmal beim Einchecken,weil wir zu früh waren,mussten wir erstmal 10 Dollar zahlen,! An der Tür stand schon kein Internet zur Zeit ,! Unfreundlich, Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Taxi wurde angeblich bestellt,es kam nur keines nach einer Stunde Wartezeit,! Über uns Randale ohne Ende Abends wie Morgens.! Nie wieder;!!!"

"Lage ist gut. Hotel ist klasse. Pool war im September noch offen. Zimmer und klima gut. Personal kommt mircsehr verwirrt vor. Frühstück wenig Auswahl und völlig überfordertes Personal. Würde es aber wieder buchen. Nach Washington ca 40min mit dem Auto."
