Everything waa great! I liked from the beginning the beautyful natural view. It is nicely fitted to the environment. There is staff that is protecting the corals- which is great! Nature must be protected to keep it safe for the future. It is fantastic for water sports: Snorkling and Diving. Also surfing options available nearby. If you wish to swim and chill in peace - that is also possible without being exposed to heavy and loud animation. The animation team is just lovely and full of positive energy! Spa is also truly relaxing! Me personally, I would prefer big bright rooms with windows, but it is not in any way negative to be seen. The rooms: There is all beachview! The cleaning elves do daily magic and all is neatly done and clean. great service with humor! Food: Just great! Very hygienic, with care! Lots of choices for all tastes! You definitely don‘t starve there! Take care, you might come back with extra pounds around belly :-) During beginning March, there were some families, some pensioners and many sport guests there. I would also recommend to book a trip offered at the hotel to Port Ghalib nearby with the boat to watch the corals. The nefertari- boat has a glas bottom part. An amazing experience! All in all: a fantastic vacation! Special thanks to the manager and the staff. They do all the magic in the background so that we could have this amazing experience!

Preisgünstige Unterkunft für Taucher, 35 EURO AI
WLAN schwach, instabil und mit nerviger (Wieder-)Anmeldung. Essen und Getränke okay bis gut (für eine Woche). A/C ebenso schwach.(Kontakt über den Tag überbrücken!). Betten hart, aber bequem. Zimmer altmodisch, aber sauber. SPA okay, verhandeln für Pakete zweckmäßig. Publikum überwiegend deutschsprachig, wenige, sehr angenehme Polen.Animation am Abend kaum wahrnehmbar (gut), tagsüber war ich unter Wasser. Trinkgelage nicht bemerkt (kein typisches billig- Ostblock AI Publikum ). Strand ca 200m ausserhalb, sah Richtung Steg gut aus (Badeschuhe zweckmässig). Hausriff ideal zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Ich war zum Tauchen dort und habe wenig für das Geld erwartet, dafür war es sehr in Ordnung. Tauchbasis empfehlenswert. "Ausgehen" unmöglich, da Hotel im Nirgendwo, dafür sehr ruhig.

Eine Woche Urlaub als Alleinreisender mit Treffen von Freunden, dafür ist dieses Hotel sehr gut geeignet.

Hübsches Hotel mit 900m Hausriff
Wir verbrachten die erste Oktoberwoche 2017 in diesem Hotel. Es war richtig schön warm und sehr windig, ideal um unseren Sommer zu verlängern. Mit all inklusiv hat es uns an nichts gefehlt! Besonders das Schnorcheln und Tauchen war ideal mit dem Riff direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Tauchbasis befindet sich wenige Gehminuten, direkt am Strand. Das Personal war deutschsprechend und wir konnten mit Euro oder per Kreditkarte bezahlen. Im Hotel werden verschiedene Ausflüge angeboten. Bei der Tauchbasis Halb- oder Ganztagestouren an verschiedene Riffe im Meer. Die Bootsfahrt beim Halbtagesausflug dauerte nur 20 Minuten. Manchmal nerven die Masseure, Kosmetiker, Safari und Glasbodenboot- Anbieter mit ihrer Aufdringlichkeit. Das Animationsteam gibt sich Mühe und hat Abends mit guten Ideen unterhalten. Am Tag bieten Sie Wassergymnastik, Yoga, Boccia, Dart-, Wasserball- sowie Volleyballspielen an. Das Hotel bietet jeden Abend ein Länder- Buffet an. Wobei wir leider nur einen Unterschied bemerkten beim Chinesischen und Orientalischen. Nach einer Woche Buffetessen freuten wir uns alle wieder auf die Hausmannskost.

The property is old and run down. Outdated is an understatement. There was constant construction and was unsafe to walk in certain areas at times, with bo signage to indicate where to walk or areas to avoid. There were water stains around the bathtub and toilet. The grout was moldy and chipped. The drapes were stained and there was accumulated dust throughout the room, showing lack of deep cleaning. The bed had a hard pad, bot a mattress that made it extremely hard to sleep. The pillows were deformed and also hard. The air conditioning unit worked very well and cooled efficiently. The mini fridge was not very clean and turned off each time the key was removed from room. There was not much variety in the main restaurant buffet. The same pastries each night were served. There was one restaurant at the hotel, Italian. However, each room was only allowed to eat at the restaurant once per stay. The food was underwhelming and in actuality was not a restaurant, more like the “panorama bar kitchen” serving food to a gazebo that they called the “Italian restaurant” I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return.

pleasant long stay
We stayed for a long a time and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel beach is in the bay and is somewhat sheltered from the winds which are pretty strong in Egypt. We saw a red flag on the beach like 3 times during January. The sea was warm and pleasant, noticeably warmer than in Hurghada. The only downside is that the entrance to the sea is too shallow. The food is probably the best I've ever had in the Egyptian Red Sea resorts, compared with hotels of a similar price range. What I particularly liked was the selection of meat dishes for dinner, oat flakes and omelette for breakfast, the quality of the desserts, fruit, a seafood-themed dinner buffet once a week. Several coffee machines are available on the premises from morning to midnight. Although I wasn't a fan of their beer and wine, the cocktails were okay.

Essendo già stati in questa struttura nel 2019, purtroppo abbiamo notato qualche peggioramento, soprattutto a livello strutturale...avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata! Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene...ottima posizione con spiaggia immensa ed accesso diretto al mare, pulizia e cortesia del personale molto buone, a parte un cuoco (precisamente quello che preparava dei piatti particolari alla sera con sua postazione vicino al banco del pane e di cui non ricordo il nome) che è stato davvero maleducato ed incompetente. Sul cibo non posso dire nulla....quando sei all'estero ti devi adattare, comunque ci siamo nutriti. Il diving all'interno della struttura è fantastico.

ホテル全体の隅々まで行き届いたサービスがすばらしかった。オールインクルーシブのドリンク（ソフト・ハード両方）は砂浜のビーチでも、海を見渡すパノラマバーでも、プールエリアのプールバーでも、ホテル内のロビーバーでも至るところで利用できて、何の不自由もなく満足でした。ドリンクを使い捨てカップではなく、ちゃんとしたグラスで提供してくれるのもとてもいい。（ビーチは安全のためプラ製のカップ/使い捨てではない） バーのスタッフも陽気で親切で忙しい時もピリピリしtrなくてオーダーしやすかったです。 プライベートビーチには2日連続でジュゴンが遊びに来ていたようで、私たちは間に合わなかったけど、素晴らしい海です。 ただちょっと残念なのはプライベートビーチの珊瑚礁が泥で汚れていたこと。せっかくの素晴らしいEquinoxの珊瑚礁が恐らくはホテルの排水などで汚れてしまっているのが残念でしたが、大きなホテルの目の前なので仕方ないのかもしれません。 それでも、私たちふたりと海ガメだけで一緒にも泳げたので十分に綺麗な海だとも思います。ボートツアーではたくさんの人たちと一緒なので、プライベートで海ガメと一緒だったのは最高でした。 最高の思い出がつくれたので、全てのスタッフに感謝しています。ありがとう！

Relaxing, friendly staff and great house reef!
We stayed just one night but enjoyed it very much! The dive center staff helped us with a snorkeling rental and we enjoyed swimming around the house reef and relaxing by the pool. The food was your pretty typical Egyptian buffet. It’s a half hour south of Marsa Alam airport. Easy taxi service to get to and from!

I have stayed at this hotel 10 times. And every time I never cease to rejoice at my choice. Large territory, beautiful reef, good food and excellent work of the hotel staff. Although the hotel fills completely in October, I do not feel a lot of people. Umbrellas with sun loungers on the beach are located at a distance of 3 meters from each other. After a year of interruption, the umbrellas and sunbeds were renewed. Built a new beach bar. I always swim with the dugong in the bay. Now they began to carry tourists to Equinox bay from Abu Dabab bay for $ 29 per person. Abu Dabab Bay itself is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I cannot fail to note the good work of the local diving center Extra Divers Equinox. I have been diving for 27 years and I have something to compare with. I think this dive center is the best in Egypt. I just returned home to cold Moscow and again I miss my beloved hotel.
