Room Service anfangs gut dann schlecht ( trotz Trinkgeld ) Viele TV Kanäle nicht empfangbar! Personal diskutiert mit dem Gast. Personal wirkt wenig geschult. Sicherheitsservice vor dem Haus gut! Frühstück o.k und ausreichend jedoch nur philippinisch nicht über kontinental. Warmwasser Versorgung dauert lange und nervt eher.

スタッフの皆さんは、明るく真面目です。日本に居るような安心感がありました。朝食会場は、雰囲気が良く、美味しく、ゆっくりできました。浴槽が付いているのは有り難かったです。ただ、お湯の温度が低かったので調整に時間が掛かりました。ドライヤーは受付でお願いして貸して頂きました。宿泊はプリンスホテルが最高です。

The staff are very good and helpful. The room is large and the facilities though bit old (like aircon) are fine for me. I like the stone surface and Toto bathroom ware. The buffet breakfast is good. The front one-way street is busy.

This was one of the better hotels and worth the price and all amenities included as well as being located in between local and business areas. Great stay and were very accommodating to all my needs and even gave me the option for a late check out. Will be staying here again later this year.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Older hotel needs some improvement carpets in the room have a musty smell and are worn out. The very dirty curtains in the windows of the room was the biggest eye sore. The white curtains were no longer white just a shade of gray from dust. Please replace them in an otherwise very nice sized room with all the amenities. Please also think about a room safe for valuables.

I had a great stay due to the efficiency and kindness of the staff. However, before departure I was forced to pay pesos 800 for a bath towel that was allegedly stained!!! Therefore, although I enjoy my stay (great breakfast too), I will not come back to Prince Hotel again.

Struttura non lontanissima dal centro di Manila,vicina a diversi piccoli locali, per sorseggiare un drink o mangiare qualcosa(l'hotel non ha un bar). Potete ordinare alla reception se preferite,e il fattorino consegna all'hotel. la camera pulita e spaziosa,con bagno ampio e doccia comodissima e con ottimo getto d'acqua. colazione veramente super,con ampia scelta, soprattutto nel salato. Frutta fresca sempre a disposizione,succhi(non industriali) e buon caffè,anche espresso. vi segnalo che in camera non possono entrare piastre per capelli,phon non saprei. La piastra va consegnata durante il controllo nella hall,vi verrà ovviamente restituita al check out. Le verifiche a borse,zaini etc verranno effettuate sempre,come uscite dalla struttura. Personale attento alle esigenze della clientela, sia alla reception che nella sala colazioni. molto disponibili e servizievoli. consiglio l'hotel,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
