This hotel has been our homebase for travelling between cities (Cebu, Bohol, Coron, Osaka, Kyoto, Busan, Seoul, Tagaytay, LosBanos) during the 7-weeks of our Asian tour. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the BGC area, short taxi ride to the airport, and free baggage storage service. Overall, our experience has been excellent to very good. What we liked - very friendly staff who are attentive to our needs; quick access to shopping & dining at nearby SM Aura & Market!Market! The Bonifacio High Street is an enjoyable walk away except during weather extremes. Their onsite dining area finally opened in April offering good affordable Filipino style buffet breakfast. Best alternative when you don't want to walk to the mall which doesn't open til 10am and want something better than the usual convenience store fare next door. The hotel is right on the C5 service road exit into the BGC area and you can expect the usual rush-hour traffic (vehicle or pedestrian) congestion during certain times of the day - workdays or weekends. Note, the other side of the highway is the older part of Taguig and definitely less touristy. There's the Pembo Market at the side street near the hotel where one can find fresh fruits and veggies but I wouldn't recommend the uninitiated tourist to venture further in. We did use the cheap & convenient laundromat service just around the block from there.

ALL the staff staff are friendly and attended to our needs right away. They all greet you with a smile. This hotel was our home base for our 6 weeks stay. Their luggage storage was a great plus and very efficient. I definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. On our last few days of stay they felt like family. Kudos to all the staff particularly Madonna, the manager and Mikko the staff at the lobby.

Staff were very friendly and quick to help with our requests. Building was new (opened last summer) so there were some "new property glitches" for which staff are always willing to remedy e.g. room change, additional linens and toiletries, etc. Obviously our high scores are for the staff who are working hard to satisfy guest requirements.

I'm quite disappointed. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Given the hotel is new(?), the grout in the bathroom has discolorations. If you need a place just to sleep in at night, and you do not want to pay too much, I guess this place should be okay. Also, what's with the accent of the person's automated voice in the elevator? We could barely understand it.

Hotel101-Fort is still new, and some of the excess materials used may be visible in some areas. But please know that our team is making all the efforts to keep everything tidy and in place.About the elevator voice prompt, the setting came as pre-assigned by the manufacturer of the elevator. We also have checked that all elevators had functioning light indicators and signals both on the floor buttons and on the mini screen on the top area of the elevator.Rest assured that we will continue to deliver an exceptional service, and is consistently finding ways to improve. Our customer’s satisfaction and happiness is always our uttermost priority here in Hotel101-Fort.We look forward to the pleasure of serving you again in the future.
