used as Quarantine Hotel
We used Dusit Thani for the first time and stayed there for our 5 days Covid Hotel Quarantine. Excellent check in and out and we got good room service food from their inhouse restaurants. We spent only some hours in freedom in the Hotel so difficult to judge the staff and facilities. But we felt happy there. We will definitely going back when there if the world opens up the eyes and accept this pandemie as it is. s no more we have our normal and well deserved life back

I lose this hotel and it's a great value for the money you pay. I was complaining, in my head, about the price of the Pantry burger on the in-room dinning menu until I broke down and ordered it. Best burger and fries I've ever had.

I have stayed at many Makati and Ortigas hotels. Never this one. Very pleased. Really a top notch hotel. Price was reasonable so I stayed on the VIP floor. Lounge has free breakfast and snack/dinner. Food really very good for a hotel style buffet. Suite room is huge and nice. Also very quiet. Recommended.

I like this hotel and the staff is always attentive and fast. My hotel laundry bill turned out to be outrageously high and I will never do my clothes here again, but it's an excellent hotel.

このホテルは何度も何度も利用しているが、改装後のシャワー設備は部屋によって評価が分かれる。今回泊まった部屋のシャワー設備は最悪だった。理由は、シャワーヘッドを壁に向けて使用しないと洗面所が水浸しになってしまい後始末で大変な思いをさせられたからである。過去にもお湯の出が悪かったり、シャワーヘッドが安定しなかったりと、とにかく使いずらいのが現状。老朽化したホテルだけに早急に改善が望まれる。
