Das Hotel ist an einen großen Straße in der Nähe einer großen Bahnstation gelegen, alles ist prima zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. An der Ecke gibt es diverse Supermärkte, Bars etc. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilft schnell. Das Frühstück ist typisch britisch und auch befriedigend bis gut, wenn man zum richtigen Zeitpunkt kommt. Wir waren wohl fast immer zum falschen Zeitpunkt da und es gab mal keine Teller, kein Besteck, keine Tassen, keine freien Tische oder wenig Auswahl an Essen, weil schon die meisten Sachen leer waren. Auf Nachfrage wurde einem allerdings geholfen (auch mit Sonderwünschen, wie Sojamilch). Unser Zimmer war für drei Personen recht klein oder - wenn man es mag - gemütlich. Viel Ablagefläche hat man nicht, so dass alles im Koffer blieb. Das Sofa war bei uns ein Bett, also hatten wir keine andere Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Das Bad hat eine angenehm große Dusche und sieht für den Preis ok aus. Mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad und Zimmer wären super. Blöd war, dass die Fliesen auf dem Boden lose waren und sich hin und her bewegten. Der ständige Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche war auch unangenehm. Wie auch immer, für den Preis habe ich - ehrlich gesagt - nichts anderes erwartet. Da wir nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel gingen, war es schon in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer scheinen kürzlich renoviert, das Bad leider nicht. defekte Fliesen, jede zweite Bodenfliese ist locker oder gebrochen. Duschabflüsse scharfkantig und gefährlich. Es handelt sich ferner nicht um ein Holiday Inn-Hotel, sondern lediglich einen Lizenznehmer.

Hotel liegt sehr gut zum Anschluss von und zum Flughafen. Stadt oder City fußläufig erreichbar. Schlecht die Abluft im Bad, fast wie ihn jedem Hotel Kleine Müllbecher fehlen auf dem Frühstückstisch. Nachlieferung(Rührei schleppend) Zimmerreinigung war nur Handtuch tausch.

Einfaches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das Hotel befindet sich in recht zentraler Lage mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ok. Allerdings ist die Ausziehcouch, die als 3. Schlafmöglichkeit diente, auch für Kinder eine Zumutung. Das inkludierte Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach.

Das beste ist die zentrale Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut angebunden für Unternehmungen. Zum Frühstück gab es wenig Auswahl, englisches Frühstück komplett, sonst nur Konfitüre und Toast. Wurst und Käse wären nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Wir waren 6 Nächte dort, in der Zeit wurde kein Staub gesaugt, nur Müll entfernt und Mal im Bad die Duschkabine gereinigt. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, was unserer Meinung nach nicht erforderlich ist. Die Flecken am Bett und im Teppich möchte man lieber nicht Identifizieren. Leider ist eine Luftzufuhr nur mit Klimaanlage möglich, die Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen. Die Glühlampen an der Nachttischlampe fehlt ganz. Wir hatten etwas mehr erwartet!

Guter Aufenthalt
Das erste Zimmer konnten wir trotz früher Anreise bereits gegen 10 Uhr beziehen. Leider war dieses voll mit Schimmel. Wir haben dann nach einem neuen Zimmer gefragt, was uns auch sofort gegeben wurde. Der Service und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und das Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentrumsnah, so dass man innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten direkt im Zentrum ist.

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte Schimmel an der Decke und der Geruch war unerträglich. Zimmerwechsel war problemlos und sofort möglich. Es liessen sich keine Fenster in den Zimmern öffnen, weder im Schlafbereich noch im Bad. Die Zimmer waren sauber und recht gross. Das Bad war behindertengerecht. Hohe Toiletten und eine grosse Duschemit Sitzmöglichkeit. Das Frühstück war okay. Typisch englisch mit Bratwurst, Bohnen, Bacon und Rührei. Vollkorn- und Weizenbrot gab es, Buttercroissant, Butter, Marmelade und verschiedene Sorten Müsli. Es gab weder Käse noch Wurst. Es gab 2 Saftautomaten mit OSaft, ASaft und Wasser. Ein Kaffeeautomat der auch heisse Schokolade macht. Keine 4* wie im Internet angeboten

The Holiday Inn Express Manchester CC (Oxford Road) was okay'ish - it served the purpose but does not stand out; breakfast was sub-par in terms of variety and food quality. The room did not have a wardrobe but was functional otherwise; it could have been cleaner as there was a noticeable amount of dust/hairs on the desk and the toilet seat could have been more inviting. The hotel's location is quite good as the city centre lies within walking distance and the road is connected well to the public transport system.

Modernes Hotel in der Nähe zur Innenstadt
Wir waren zu zwei in einem Doppelzimmer untergebracht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die 24h-Rezeption ist auch spät abends freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Lediglich eine Minibar hat gefehlt, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Hotel in good situation easy walking to city centre and transport links, parked my car for 3 nights in( Q park on first st nice car park felt really secure recommended only 5 min walk to hotel ). hotel clean and tidy staff very helpful, good English cooked breakfast lots of it, my room was clean and tidy nice bathroom, 25 min walk to AO arena, would stay again.

I was so happy with this hotel. I booked a “budget” hotel so wasn’t expecting too much, but this honestly surpassed my expectations. The whole hotel was clean, rooms were a great size, the complimentary breakfast was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. I definitely would return!

This is a nice hotel located quite central to everything and really close to Oxford train station (fast way to airport, Old Trafford etc) The hotel was good enough for the price you'd pay, but the breakfast was really bad. It had only what you think of as English breakfast, but nothing more. No fruit, no variants of ham/cheese or what so ever. It's good enough for a partytrip, but nothing else :)

The location of the property was very convenient for my trip. excellent cleanliness of the room which was 205.Though the en suite sink was missing its plug and one of the bedside lamps didnt work.. reported to reception on checking out. Staff friendly when checking in. You do need a card for them to take a deposit which we did have but often we only use our Apple Pay which you couldn’t use. Hotel easily walkable to the academy or the centre. Car park was a short walk away and easy to find, it did look like it got busy. There was a poster explaining the busy times at breakfast and it was a struggle to get a table after 8.30pm.

Stayed here and attended a local music festival in Deansgate. Was a very comfy hotel and brekka was delicious. A great little hotel for one and will come back.

we arrived and they taken us to a dirty room, then when we had been given a new room the key only worked once. we had to go down and get them fixed multiple times. then they took our keys off us as the keys completely stopped working so we had to get escorted to the room every time to get into it however they didn’t give us a key for the lights so we were sat in darkness for a whole day. they then told us breakfast finishes at 12 and we come down at 11 and they then have no food out and have packed everything away and they said that breakfast finishes at 10. some staff were helpful however some staff were very rude and judgemental and is not appreciated. we would like a full refund as our experience has been very poor
