Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Übernachtung okey, da Nähe Flughafen. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas schmuddelig. Das Bett ist bequem.

Das Hotel ist gut geeignet für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen. Es liegt ca. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen gut - auch wenn die Auswahl auf der Karte recht klein ist. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmer könnten allerdings dringend mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch die Reinigung könnte besser sein. Die Betten sind jedoch gut und der vom Hotel arrangierte Transfer hat bestens funktioniert. Insofern war das Hotel für unsere Zwecke gut, jedoch würden wir hier nicht mehrere Nächte oder einen ganzen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe, ruhig.
Nach einem Tauchurlaub der gelungene Abschluß bevor es wieder zurück nach Europa geht. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Wohnzimmer mit riesiger Coach, TV und sämtlichen Anschlüsse für Elektronik. Es gab auch eine Küchenzeile und kleinem Esstisch. Das Schlafzimmer hatte ebenfallls TV und alle Anschlüsse. Das Badezimmer groß, Badewanne und separate Dusche, WC getrennt. Die Klimaanlage im Wohn und Schlafbereich getrennt regelbar. Nach 10 Tagen auf einem Tauchschiff wieder Boden unter den Füßen und ein wunderbar großes Bett zum Ausruhen. Die Außenanlagen waren auch sehr gepflegt, da ich nicht Golf spiele, kann ich den Golfplatz nicht beurteilen, es sah aber alles sehr schön aus. Der Pool war sehr groß , der Fitnessbereich eher klein, war aber gut ausgestattet.

Ideal nach Bunaken als Zwischenstop zum Flughafen
Wohl eines der besten Hotels in Manado mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und super Frühstücksbuffet. Wir übernachteten dort nach Bunaken und der Weiterreise nach Papua. Die Lage war perfekt, da auf dem Weg zum Flughafen. Personal: Oberfreundlich Internet: Beste Verbindung während 2 Monaten in Indonesien !!!

gut ausgestattetes Hotel, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Als ich aus versehen den Zimmersafe geschrottet habe wurde mir sofort ein neuer ohne Aufhebens eingebaut. 3 Internetanschlüsse sind jederzeit frei zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer gibt es LAN Anschluß und europäische Stecker. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Pool ist groß zum schwimmen geeignet, Fitnessraum ohne Gebühr. Frische Handtücher für Fitness und Pool jederzeit erhältlich. Zimmerservice sehr günstig, da ist es oft teurer irgendwo essen zu gehen. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man Ausflüge in die Umgebung buchen möchte. Reiseveranstalter fast den ganzen Tag in der Nähe der Rezeption vor Ort. Ausflüge können auf die Zimmerrechnung gebucht werden. Ausflüge fast immer mit eigenem Fahrer der alles notwendige auch organisiert. Er hat uns auch Geld ausgelegt als wir etwas einkaufen mussten, ohne wenn und Aber. Perfekt. wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Novotel for 2 weeks. We wanted to relax and recoup after a tiring birding and wildlife trip. It was a wonderful stay and we were glad we chose to stay here.They gave us a quiet room and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The kitchen staff, big shout out to Anita and team customized our meals since I was vegetarian with so many diet restrictions. Am really appreciative of this gesture. Siti, Emma, and her team at the front office are amazing & super helpful. I don't know the names to thank them personally, so here's a big Thankyou to all the smiling faces and helpful folks who made our stay very comfortable.

If you don't use wifi in your life then this is the perfect place for you! I ended up walking to a coffee shop to get wifi connection and sat for a few hours working, was really happy to be leaving this hotel. just stay in Mando Four Seasons and if you want to play golf it's only a 15 min drive to the golf course, the ground was very wet on the course, bring your wellies.

The manager was exceptionally accommodating. He went above and beyond the usual level of service one could expect. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. My husband said the coffee was the best he had in years. He loved it!

Country setting. No traffic noise. Close to airport. Jems went above and beyond to give us a wonderful warm experience at check in. My room was noisy as it was next to an elevator. Not only did they change it but they gave me an upgrade to my room. Mathias checked in with us to see how are stay was going and you could tell that he was genuinely interested in making sure that all our needs were met. I will be returning in two weeks.

Outdated and not very clean rooms. Hotel itself is beautiful, restaurant and pool area are great. Food so so. But rooms are so outdated and needs maintenance and some extra cleaning.

Staff service was good. However cleanliness in the room was poor. Breakfast spread was poor and replenishment of food slow. The 2 coffee machines were slow and staff not vigilant in replenishing coffee beans or milk.
