Paying more for every night to have a beach view, is just embarrassing. The only thing you see while looking out of the window is the other side of the building. To see the beach, you have to go out on your balcony. In our case, both neighbors were smoking, so we neither could sit on the balcony, nor fully open the balcony’s door because the cigarette smoke would make our room stink. The staff were very kind, but they couldn’t do anything about it. Also, the balcony door was broken, so it was very hard to open it. We bought new plastic knifes (because the cutlery was pretty dirty in the room) and chips. Both of it got stolen from the cleaning lady, so we have to no longer give them permission to clean our room. The bedsheets also had weird stains and the bedroom ceiling was moldy. Quite a shame for the price.

Regarding the room we received your request for separate beds and a floor not too low and not too high, so you were assigned on the fourth floor of eight floors. As the pictures show the sea is visible from the balcony. This is not a room with a paronamic view. The sea view is from the front line and the pictures show the view from the balcony. We understand your displeasure that your neighbours smoke, but by law we cannot prohibit guests from smoking on their balconies. On your dates the hotel was fully booked and we did not receive a request for a change of room.Concerning the stealing it is quite delicate, as the cleaning service has been working in our property for many years and we always know who cleans which room. In the case of finding almost empty packages, it is possible that they have been removed thinking that they are to be thrown away. However, we have spoken to the staff to avoid misunderstandings. We are sorry to hear that it was not to your satisfaction. We would also like to thank you for your honest feedback so that we can work on the failures. Best regards

Teljesen meg voltunk elégedve a szállással. Kiemelném, hogy nagyon közel van a tengerpart. A reggeli nagyon bőséges és finom volt. A személyzet kedves. A szoba felszereltsége is tetszett, pl a hajszárító, ruhaszárító hasznos volt. A hűtő jól hűtött. Kényelmesnek találtuk az ágyakat. Szuper a napozó terasz rész, kilátással a tengerre.

Lovely hotel, right across from the beach. Very clean, our room was lovely, comfy beds, great bathroom with amazing shower. I was able to see the sea from my bed which was so nice. The food in the restaurant is very good if you want the option to eat there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Vi har återkommit till detta hotell flera gånger. Vi blev inte besvikna. Att äta frukost på strandpromenaden är så härligt och utsikten fantastisk feån både balkong och restaurang. Receptionspersonalen svarar på alla frågor och restaurangpersonalen både skojar och småsjunger.Det är inte flashigaste hotellet och har sina skavanker men i våra ögon är det helt fantastiskt.
