Hello Thank you for your review, we are pleased you appreciated the cleanliness of the property, as this is something we strive hard to ensure for all guests. I was disappointed you were unable to reach to villa management company, as it is very unusual for them not to respond immediately. After checking with them they have no record of missed calls or text during your stay, but apologise if you were unable to reach them. In fact the next guests did report upon arrival that the coffee machine was broken and this was replaced immediately. There was a same day changeover at the house, and in order to to ensure the house is fully prepared for the next guests housekeeping would start work at 10am prompt. As you mention they may arrive slightly earlier, but would wait outside the house so as not to disturb you prior to your check out time. Overall I am glad you enjoyed your stay, and we would love to welcome you back in the future. Kind Regards

Hi Thank you for your review it is much appreciated. The local spar shop is great for daily fresh supplies, and the beach does have a fantastic bar and restaurant. Walking time to the beach is normally just a 3 minute walk, but we understand when people are on holiday and relaxing it can take a little longer.
