Hotel ist perfekt! Nur eine kleine Detail: komm keine Auto vor dem Hotel. Wenn man viel Koffer hat, muss man bis dort das ganzen Koffer tragen. Sonst war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Freundlichen personal, super Service, Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage.
Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt und erhielten ein Zimmer nach hinten auf eine riesige, sehr laute Baustelle. Gemäss der Rezeption war kein anderes Zimmer frei. Am nächsten Tag erhielt wir ein deutlich ruhigeres Zimmer. Nach meinem Gefühl war dieses aber kleiner. Dieses Vorgehen trübte unseren Aufenthalt im ansonsten sehr schönen Hotel etwas. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant äusserst freundlich. Wir können dieses Hotel empfehlen, würden aber darauf hinweisen, dass aktuell eine grosse und laute Baustelle vorhanden ist.

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in der Altstadt
Das Hotel ist wunderbar, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wehrmutstrofen ist das im Hotel befindliche Ein-Sterne Restaurant, wenn man u.a zum Fisch kein Fischmesser und zum Steak kein Steakmesser bekommt. Ansonsten waren es für uns 4 schöne Tage in diesem Hotel.

Zentral gelegen, unser Zimmer zum Innenhof war dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Einziges Manko: Die Schrankkapazität ist nur für Kurzurlaube ausreichend, zumindedt in unserrm Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum angenehm und ruhig.

Wunderschön renovierter Adelspalast mitten in der Altstadt von Málaga, Schritte vom Picassomuseum. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, überhaupt eine sehr um den Gast bemühte Crew. Wenn man einen Parkplatz braucht, sollte man es bei der Buchung vielleicht sagen; der Parkplatz ist aber sowieso öffentlich und ca 150 m vom Hotel. In my view, this is a premier property in Malaga. It is excellent in every way. The staff is professional and helpful in every aspect of the stay. The food and wine in the restaurant is excellent and well worth the money. There are traditional offerings for diners to enjoy. A reservation is needed to be able to dine though so be aware a few days may be needed to get the time slot that is desired. There is an intimate roof deck breakfast/bar area. It is wonderful to take breakfast up on the roof and talk about tour plans of the day. The rooms were palacial and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

No windows in my room except for a skylight, the room got incredibly hot and ac was only working during the day and was shut off at night. Very uncomfortable and somewhat claustrophobic. Will not recommend. Found another 4 star hotel nearby for a better price, with windows and working ac for my second night. If you choose to stay at Palaceo, beware of the attic rooms or ‘the penthouse’ as they call them. The terrace bar is located there and there are constant noises of clattering dishes and heavy carts in the hallway.

This may be the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff and service was back to the days where rooms were cleaned, towels were changed daily, the bed was turned down when you return after an evening out. The reception staff were very friendly and very efficient. The location was perfect in that everything we wanted was a walk away.

It's a lovely hotel and the staff are attentive and courteous. The roof terrace bar was the reason I only gave 4 stars. They simply didn't know how to make a campari and orange. They used a whisky glace and filled it with ice without asking whether I wanted any. I asked them to remove the ice. I ended up with half a glass of orange juice with just a dribble of campari. They didn't even apologise and still charged the full price. Extraordinary. I ended up paying over €10 for half a small glass of orange juice.
