Das Hotel hat eine verkehrsgünstige Lage und eine großzügig und mit viel Grün angelegte Parkplatzanlage (kostenloses Parken). Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung, war recht groß und komfortabel, blitzsauber und bot allen Komfort, den wir brauchten. Das Bett war ausreichend groß, und wir haben darin gut geschlafen. Auch das modern eingerichtete und komfortable Badezimmer (höhengleiche Dusche) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gestört hat uns der Geräuschpegel, und zwar in der Lobby (Pub-Atmosphäre, laute Fußballübertragung) als auch im Zimmer (Lärm durch Lüftungsanlagen/Abluft). Wir haben auf unseren Wunsch hin sofort ein anderes, ruhiger gelegenes Zimmer erhalten. Aber auch dort störten Geräusche von Abluftanlagen die Nachtruhe. Zudem ließ sich das Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt weit öffnen. Auch ließ sich der Verdunkelungsvorhang nicht vollständig hochziehen. Wir waren an einem heißen Sommertag hier und haben wegen der Hitze und wegen der Geräuschkulisse leider eine unruhige Nacht verbracht. Wir empfehlen das Hotel für Geschäftsreisende oder für eine Nacht als Durchgangsstation - nicht jedoch für Ruhesuchende.

Super Hotel, gerne wieder
Tolles Hotel, direkt an der M20, gute Anbindung nach Dover, daher hatten wir es auch gebucht. Super bequemes Bett, auch die Betten der Kinder waren super. Starbucks Café im Hotel, da hatten wir dann jeweils gefrühstückt. Das Essen sowohl im Hotelrestaurant sowie dem Pub war sehr gut. Auch den Innenpool haben wir genutzt, die Kinder waren begeistert.

Ein Hotel für die Durchfahrt
Das Hotel ist sauber, groß und ohne Charakter. Es ist ein typisches Hotel für eine Nacht während eines Zwischenstopps. Weder ist die direkte Umgebung besonders aufregend noch gibt es schöne Aussichten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Im Hotel gibt es noch zwei weitere Möglichkeiten abends zu essen, ein kleines Fitnessstudio und einen Starbucks.

Schönes Hotel mit riesigem Parkplatz
Schönes Hotel mit hohen bequemen Betten. Leckeres Frühstück, für Kleinigkeiten steht ein Starbucks direkt im Hotel zur Verfügung. Großes Schwimmbad innen und ausreichend Tische und Bänke draußen vor dem Hotel (praktisch für die Raucher). Der Parkplatz ist riesig- hier sollte jeder problemlos einen Parkplatz finden.

Für kurzfristige Aufenthalte eine Alternative
Waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel. Angenehm für uns als Auto-Reisende ist der gut erreichbare und kostenlose Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber sehr modern, mit sehr guten Betten und schönen Design eingerichtet. Als Minus sehe ich an, dass die Zimmer, welche in den Innenhof gelegen sind, permanent mit Geräuschen der Abluft-Rohre bzw. Klima-Anlage beschallt werden. Für uns war es schon störend. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben war es auszuhalten. Das Frühstück fanden wir etwas dürftig. Es war weder Wurst noch Käse vorhanden. Zu erwähnen ist noch der großzügige Pool. Wunderbar. Andere Einrichtungen wie Fitness und Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Autobahn, ideal für einen Zwischenstop. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, teils sehr bunt, sehr schönes Schwimmbad. Sehr nettes Personal, modernes Check in und Check out system

Great stay at hotel
Had a lovely weekend away at the hotel. Easy check in/check out facilities. Good choice of Starbucks or on-site main restaurant for food and drinks and good room service. Staff were accommodating and friendly and the room facilities were modern with a decent fan and good quality shower gel / shampoo to use. Very happy with stay here.

Perfect for Maidstone Town Centre
Very clean hotel with good staff. Didn't use the gym or pool but believe they are great facilities. They certainly seemed popular enough for an early Saturday evening. The bar is a decent size and unlike many souless hotel bars was lively. Thoroughly recommend if you need a hotel in the middle of Kent that is handy for London, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and of course the Channel Tunnel.

Never Again
This place is really a gym and sports bar with a hotel attached: it was a poor experience and we would never return. The room was boiling hot and has no air conditioning. There are two fans in the room: a Dyson that is hard-wired and a portable cheap fan that was full of dust and didn't work. The electric radiator was at its lowest heat setting: we turned it off at the wall. Of our three nights, two were badly disturbed by noise: people shouting and banging doors at all hours of the night. It was so warm that we had to take the quilt out of the duvet cover and open both windows for some ventilation: and this was in February! There were lots of other issues too. The USB sockets on one side of the bed didn't work. There's not wardrobe, just a limited open hanging space. Also the sink tap was so badly covered in limescale that the water sprays all over the sink and all over your groin area. Be warned: you'll get soaked. We didn't eat at the hotel. The Grill and Sports Bar was always noisy and chaotic. It has large TV screens and cinema-style seating full of drunken visitors/residents watching sport. It's not a pleasant place to be so we walked a few minutes to the nearby Beefeater for a more civilised and quieter meal. We had to put up with these issues as family matters were more important, but we would never ever stay here again. Avoid.

A couple of disappointments...
Generally ok, except for an incidence of a drunk person in next room who was loudly groaning & vomiting at 24:30. Room service - not good. Cold drinks were not chilled and arrived in can, with no glass or ice. Ordered sticky toffee pudding which arrived cold and like a piece of rubber. Suspect too long in microwave, & then left to go cold.

Shower was lukewarm, half of the item's on the restaurant menu was unavailable. Breakfast there wasnt much choice to the diner's who want fruit or pots of yoghurts. Was very disappointed for the amount of money paid

Disappointing stay
Not a great experience. I booked a Club Room and when I arrived at 6.00PM I was told the room I had, had not been cleaned and that they needed another 15 minutes to prepare! They offered me a free Starbucks coffee while I waited. 35 minutes later the room was finally ready. To be fair, the receptionist offered me a free drink from the bar with my dinner. I explained I would like to order room service as I had been travelling since 6.00am. He told me that they were offering room service but when I got to my room and went to order, the app said that they were not offering room service. I went back down to the reception and he told me to just order it at the bar and he would deliver to room. It was quite a queue and I did not have my bank card on me so I just went back to my room and ordered via Just Eat. Though they made an effort to put things right, its not what I would expect of Hotel chain that has a reputation to keep up. Disappointing.
