Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe (7 Erwachsene und 4 Kleinkinder) Anfang November für 4 Tage im Villa La Theres. Wir hatten vier verschiedene Apartments und können das Villa Theres wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der sehr nette Inhaber Patrick und der on site Manager Rodi sind wundervolle Gastgeber. An einem Abend machten sie für uns ein mega leckeres BBQ mit ganz viel frischem Fisch und leckeren Salaten an welches wir uns immer gerne zurückerinnern werden. Danke nochmals Die Apartments sind Blitz blank und sehr geräumig. Vorallem mit Kindern total super! Nur 2 Min entfernt liegt das Café Kreol mit sehr leckeren Speisen und Getränken und ein wunderschöner Strand. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt im La There's und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke Melanie, Rodi und Patrick für alles!

sehr großes Apartment alle notwendigen Utensilien zum Kochen Frühstück (Früchte, Saft, Toast) wird aufs Zimmer gebracht sehr nettes Personal!!! zusätzliche Fernsehkanäle wurden während meines Aufenthaltes freigeschaltet einziger Minuspunkt: wlan nicht 24h verfügbar (von ca. 8:30 - 22:00 Uhr)

Ganz ok, aber es gibt schönere Orte auf den Seyche
Hatten diese Unterkunft nur für die letzte Nacht vor dem Heimflug, ansonsten wären wir auf Praslin und La Digue, welche unserer Meinung nach die schöneren Inseln sind. Strand, an dem die Apartments liegen ist zum Baden geeignet und optisch ganz nett, aber das Vergnügen wurde durch ein paar Fischabfälle des Fischmarktes vor Ort gestört. Örtchen ist ok, für Selbstversorger ein paar einheimische und ein Importsupermarkt direkt vor der Tür, ebenso zwei Restaurants, wobei das Daphine Hereux wirklich toll ist! Ort ansonsten langweilig, man ist auf den Mietwagen angewiesen. Die Apartments sind mit zwei Schlafzimmern ideal für Familien, die sich selbst versorgen möchten . Allerdings fanden wir unseres recht abgewohnt und im Vergleich zu unseren Unterkünften auf Praslin ud La Digue auch etwas dreckig - Staub und besonders Bad und Küche waren nicht zum Sofort-Loskochen. Abends ohrenbetäubendes Hundegebell, das zum Glück nachts nicht zu hören war. Frühstück war kontinental und bestand für zwei Personen aus einer Orange, einem Apfel, Butter, vier Scheiben Toast und Marmelade. Managerin und Personal sind sehr nett. Zu empfehlen, wenn man günstig wohnen möchte, ein Auto hat und ein paar Abstriche in Kauf nehmen kann.

we had a great time in la villa therese. the beach (5 min walking) is great for snorkling and swimming. alas it was noisy during our stay, because they build a new house near the guesthouse. the staff was very friendly and helped us with every problems. they gave information about nice places and cleaned every day our room.

Erittäin hyvä palvelu. Natalia ja Patrik teki kaikkensa sen eteen, että loma onnistui täydellisesti. Lentokenttäkuljetukset sisältyi majoitushintaan. Lisäksi Patrik kuljetti eri rannoille pienellä maksulla. Huoneeseen tuotiin tuoreita hedelmiä. Rantapyyhkeita sai lainata kuten myös snorklausvälineitä. Upea Anse Royal ranta vain 100m päässä! Lähtöpäivänä järjestyi toinen huone jonka saimme pientä maksua vastaan pitää lennon lähtöön saakka, vaikka lento lähti vasta puoliltaöin.Suosittelemme ehdottomasti tätä majoituspaikkaa!

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms it is well located to several grocery stores and to the beach. The beach is a very good swimming beach with little surf and dip enough water. The beach restaurant offers good food and good service, has well has free beach’s chairs. They is also a good takeout place near by. The bus stop to Victoria is near by. The management is professional and friendly.

The location was one block to the beach so it was very convenient. There are restaurants and small grocery stores all in walking distance. We spent 4 nights there and Maurice was very helpful in many ways.

Nice Stay
Very clean apartment with spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Supplied dishes and utensils were spotless. A minute's walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Conveniently located for an easy drive to Victoria and all the major beaches and attractions. Friendly staff with quick and efficient check in/out. Provided free airport pickup and drop off. Main issues encountered was the shower water pressure severely dropped after a couple of days and remained low for the reminder of our stay. Also the internet was patchy. The only mirror is in the bathroom, a suggestion would be for another mirror in the bedroom above the provided table. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Mycket trevligt boende
Lägenheten var i toppskick och det var rent och fint! Ägaren var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Nära stranden och några min promenad till bra snorkling! Några små affärer nära och några resturanger! Det enda som kunde ha varit bättre var wifi som var långsamt annars var allt toppen!

Due to circumstances beyond their control La Ville Therese had to relocate me to a different hotel. To compensate they did everything in their power for things to work as smoothly as possible and for my stay to be perfect. La struttura si trova all'interno di una strada buia, non invitante. Le condizioni di pulizia dell'appartamento erano pessime. Insetti ovunque e lenzuola non pulite. Il proprietario ci ha preso la sera in aeroporto (con 30 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario indicato) e riportato la mattina in aeroporto, per un prezzo eccessivo. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo speso. Non consigliato!

Dear guest, we realise that you actually only stayed one night at our apartments, arrived at night time (in the dark) and left early the next day. We believe that this is not long enough time to give a realistic review of our apartments. Furthermore we arranged two transfers for you, which we discussed the price in advance with you by email and you agreed to the discount which we gave you, this is cheaper than the local taxi service. Our apartments are cleaned daily and bed linen and towels always changed between guests. We will continue to try make an enjoyable location for our holiday makers. Thank you.

Polecam ten obiekt, położenie blisko ładnej plaży Royal Anse.Pokoje czyste, apartament duży zadbany, w stylu kolonialnym.Blisko ulica z pełną infrastrukturą- kantor,bank,sklepy spożywcze, szpital, uniwersytet , możliwość zjedzenia przyzwoitego posiłku za nieduże pieniądze.Przede wszystkim komunikacja miejska, która jedzie po całej wyspie, tak ,że bez samochodu dacie radę wszystko zobaczyć.Ruch jest lewostronny, drogi dość kręte i górskie, dlatego my nie wzięliśmy samochodu. Przejazd komunikacją to ok.2 zł niezależnie od długości trasy. Menager obiektu bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Przy wykupie min.3 noclegów w cenie jest bezpłatny transfer z i na lotnisko wygodnym klimatyzowanym busem.Polecam.

The location of the hotel was very ideal as it was in close proximity to everywhere in Anse Royale and it was quite easy to get the bus to other parts of the Island at a very reasonable rate. The only complaint we had was the high cost of the airport transfer (which was organized by the hotel) from the airport to the hotel. On our return to the airport, since we were travelling very light, we simply took the bust at a fraction of the shuttle rate! Altogether a nice and comfortable place with very good accessibility!

Propriétaire très agréable, il a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher au port de Mahé et nous déposer au retour à l’aéroport. Grand appartement, propre et la plus belle plage juste en face. La villa propose de louer un kayak, idéal pour aller jusqu’à la petite île en face . Arrêt de bus, supérette, souvenir « case créole » à côté et pas cher ! 5 jours formidables.

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours au sein de La Villa et c’était vraiment excellent. Il y a une ambiance familiale et l’équipe est au petit soin avec vous. La plage à côté est magnifique pour la baignade / snorkeling et faire des magnifique photos. Il y a tout à proximité : plusieurs take-away, magasins, hôpital, police, marché pour le poisson. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Great service with a smile
A lovely one night stay. Roddy was a great host and looked after us with a big smile... providing us with a coconut each on our last day and letting us use the facilities after we had checked out. Tiptop service!

Trés bel endroit bien situé
L'accès à l appartement s'est fait rapidement , c est très douillet la déco ,les chambres c'est comme chez soi avec tous les accessoires à disposition ,lave linge , micro onde vaisselle etc, ça ne manque de rien.L'environnement est correct la plage pas loin , le bus ,des restos , snacks et épiceries pas de problème pour manger. C'était très agréable Par contre notre navette du matin est arrivés très en retard, j'ai eu un énorme stress avec les enfants à chercher un taxi car le chauffeur n'arrivait pas ,très difficile le dimanche à 6h du mat ! Finalement ,nous sommes arrivés après fermeture du vol mais nousl' avons quand meme eul. Je n'ai pas apprécié cela des excuses auraient été un minimum mais bon ce n'est pas un réflexe apparemment c est dommage car ça aurait pu etre parfait.

Hello Michella, Thank you for a really nice review of the accommodation. I'm very sorry that we could not meet you at the ferry port. We do ask for 24 hours notice to be able to arrange the transfer, as we are a small business. We do our best to help all of guests during their stay and we hope to welcome them as soon as they arrive. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience, I was unaware of the problem finding taxi. Next time you visit we will be sure to arrange complimentary transfer for you.
