Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft
Schöne ruhige Lage in den Bergen in Nordthailand.
Das Hotel liegt an einem Berg mit guter Aussicht über die grünene Flächen Nordthailands. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und damit gute Möglichkeit zu entspannen. Allerdings hat das Hotel schon die beste Zeit hinter sich, obwohl es erst ca. 5 Jahre alt ist. Viele Bereiche des Hotels beginnen zu verfallen, die Pflanzen, Palmen waren nicht geschnitten, die Blätter nicht weggefegt. Teilweise beginnen ursprüngliche Genmeinschaftsgebäude zu verfallen. Der Pool hat schon so viele lose Kacheln, daß man aufpassen muß. Die Beleuchtungen funktionieren nur teilweise. Schade eigentlich, da es ein sehr schön in die Natur integriertes Hotel ist, mit sehr edlen Zimmern.

Great potential, but unfortunately not realized
Hotel is beautifully, but remotely located about 50km away from Chiang Rai city. There is nothing around the hotel and you are dependant on their facilities. The whole hotel area is big, but mostly unused and deserted. Main restaurant is the only one open and completely overpriced at medium to low quality. Thai Restaurant, spa, or of the pools an the pool bar were closed. One morning was buffet, the other a la carte breakfast. Room was big and clean, but had a ba smell unless you kept it very well ventilated. Views were great and the all day tour which the staff had organized in advance by email was very good (it was non-hotel affiliated tour guide and driver). We would not go back. Only the views are great.

Abgelegene Idylle
Die Qualität des Hotels war sehr gut; das Personal sehr bemüht, aber der englischen Sprache nur bedingt mächtig. Leider war unser Aufenthalt während der Zeit, wo die Reisfelder alle abgebrannt wurden. Deshalb war der Himmel auch stets mit Rauchwolken bedeckt, sogar die Luft roch rauchig. Einen wahrscheinlich fantastischen Ausblick auf die Landschaft konnte man deshalb auch nie erleben. Dies war wahrscheinlich auch der Grund, warum wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren. Uns brachte dies ein super Upgrade vom Doppelzimmer zur großen Suite.

Delightful resort surrounded by tropical jungle. The high elevation meant you could open the windows and just let the cool evening breezes carry the sounds of nature. The rooms were huge and service was excellent. The fixtures were dated however, but that's my only criticism.

The location is fantastic. We were a family and booked two mountain suites. The rooms were big, very comfortable, a but dated, but still very decent. The service, food, etc were all excellent. I recommend this place!

Beautiful, quiet property in a nice location. The staff was very nice and so helpful. Good restaurant. Breakfast buffet had nice selections. Dinner was very good and the outdoor dining area has great views and can watch sunset.

This is a first class relaxing place in a fantastic location. The rooks are magnificent with everything one needs and the views are spectacular. There is a large swimming pool, a hot large jacuzzi, a recreational area and large working fireplace and a good dining area. Highly recommend.

Best motorbike parking in a Hotel
Was a great surprise when arriving at the Resort. As it was a day by day planning trip we did not know about the resort. But the special price was tempting. We used everything in our room, all the wellness. Unfortunately not enough time to discover the whole park. We were traveling with one car and 2 motorbikes. We got the best motorbike parking in the world! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit resort style and staff just doing their job. A bit pricy as well.

Try to get a good spot/ apartment
Nice place but our apartment was depressing, somewhere in the corner, no sun and the decorations looked like my fathers study room. Pitty because the location and the pools and restaurant where very good

マウンテンビュースイートに宿泊しました。眺めがよくベテラスに一日中いても飽きません。 レストランも眺めがよく朝昼晩と違う景色を楽しめます。タイ料理は比較的辛くなく万人に食べれるようになっています。 洋風料理もなかなか美味しかったです。朝食のホームメイドヨーグルト美味しかったです。
