+ Sehr schöne Einrichtung und Zimmer. Bequeme Betten und ein hervorragendes Restaurant im Hotel. Check-in/ out effizient. Sehr gute Lage. - Personal freundlich aber hat auch schon Bitten vergessen und musste erinnert werden. Grundsätzlich sehr empfehlenswert.

Wenn man zu Dritt ein Zimmer bucht, sollte für den 12 jährigen ein eigenes Bett vorhanden sein.

Großes Haus in guter Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeite
Insgesamt wohl stark frequentiertes Haus - aber nicht unangenehm voll. Wohl hoher Promifaktor. Abgesehen von dem Zimmerpreis de bekannt war, nimmt man für eine kleine Flasche Bier aus der Minibar 7,50 €, für das Frühstück 38 €. Das ist schon eine Ansage. Man kommt aber in der näheren Umgebung versorgungstechnisch ganz gut klar.

Das Hotel hat eine gediegene Ausstrahlung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kostenlose Internet ist langsam. Für Geschwindigkeit muss man bezahlen. Der Zimmerservice ist nicht immer ganz schnell, so war das alte Teegeschirr am nächsten Tag nachmittags immer noch nicht aufgeräumt. Wasser ist auf dem Zimmer kostenlos, eine Minibar gibt es aber nicht. Wir wollten in das spanische Leben eintauchen, sodass wir nicht im Hotel gegessen haben. Das Frühstück kostet 35 Euro. Wir haben drei entspannte Tage verbracht. Tagsüber Kultur und nachts spezielle Bars und Diskos in der Nähe erkundet.

Tolle Lage für Kunst und Kulinarik
Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel aber doch recht ruhig. Schöne Zimmer jedoch war das Queensizebett für 2 erwachsene Mitteleuropäer zu schmal. Sehr guter Service!

Hotel location was not good for me and my wife. We feel better when staying at the Gran Vía area, where we need to walk less to access our sites of interest. Breakfast options could be better. Access to Hotel is limited during weekends, where many city official activities occurred. However, this Hotel is beautiful and very well operated.

It was impossible for me to figure out how to use the phone in the room. I was disconnected three time trying to contact the hotel operator. I finally gave up! Also I had to ask for coffee cups to be brought to the room twice during my stay so I could use the in room coffee machine. The staff took the used cups and didn’t replace them.

Wonderful stay

Very centrally located. Beautiful room with first rate service. Taxi right around the corner. Comfortable throughout. The only disappointment was that they didn’t provide Bonvoy points.

CUIDADO! Calle siempre cerrada
El hotel es maravilloso pero lo que antes era una ventaja se ha convertido en algo negativo y me duele decirlo, la ubicación. Siempre cierran las calles porque la gente de madrid sale a manifestarse, a protestar, a correr en un marathon a lo que sea, el caso es que cierran la calle y no llegan los taxis. La gente de servicio de afuera de mal humor te tratan en tono de enfado y la policía que cierra las calles te trata peor. Una lástima porque en verdad amaba este hotel, pero así es imposible disfrutar la estancia.
