„This property has magnificent views across the Parramatta River. There is plenty of room for a larger group. You will find most things that you require for your stay. The property offered our family group a wonderful opportunity to get together. A small draw back was that the house has aging fixtures and fittings and requires general maintenance and a good tidy up. The host however was fabulous and attended to all our questions and needs.“

The host (accommodated.com.au) requested a damages bond as part of my stay, which I transferred to them. After my stay, the bond was not returned to me. When I contacted the host, they replied with a series of misleading claims, including (1) claiming the bond was never paid, then (2) re-quoting my original invoice, but with higher ...
