Perfekt gestaltetes Hotel mit Kunstausstellungen
Bildschönes Designhotel mit exzellenter Ausstellung (wechselnd) zeitgenössischer internationaler Kunst. Spektakulär in einem Dutzend Ausstellungsräumen und allen öffentlichen Bereichen präsentiert. Auch für Nicht-Hotelgäste kostenfrei zugänglich - 24h! Großzügige, originell eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr gutes Restaurant und Bar. Service an der Rezeption und beim Check-in/Check-out teils nicht so gut, aber insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in allerbester Lage.

The hotel is average in terms of service and accommodation. What I did not appreciate was the "artwork" throughout the building. It is not family friendly and, in some cases, just weird. My daughter does not need to see naked men on the walls. I will not be returning.

This is a really nice hotel. The vibe is cool. You can walk around the various corridors and lower level to see cool art. The onsite restaurant is excellent! Great service, ambiance and food. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. We definately will be back & we highly recommend!

This is an absolutely phenomenal place. If you like art as much as I do, staying here is a dream. World-class (with a conscience) art everywhere — like five galleries there in the bathroom dining rooms elevator etc. Hunh? How is this in Louisville?! Impeccable suite to boot. The 21c was, as always, a unique property with an awesome bar/restaurant. The biggest complaint was the noise level from room to room. We could hear people sneezing, snoring, yawning, and simply talking to each other at a normal volume/tone. The walls were PAPER thin…this is not something you would expect for the price of this property. The front desk also did not inform us of some of the perks of the hotel at check-in (coupons, drink specials, etc); we inevitably learned of these through another guest that we happened to meet in the lobby.

Nothing wrong with modern art, but this isn’t art. It’s left-wing political activism and propaganda. Rooms are a good size but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel. We even got turned away at breakfast, they said they were at capacity and couldn’t even give me a time estimate on when a table would be ready, basically just flat out refusing to serve us even though we were willing to wait since we were staying at the hotel.

Great location. Walking distance to most of what we wanted to do. Unique and trendy hotel. Employee's were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This is a great hotel. Worth every penny. There was only one person handling check in so it took a bit longer than I would have expected. The bar makes amazing drinks and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Staff has great recommendations.
