Very modern hotel with nice service
Amazing hotel with an awesome view and a nice pool on the rooftop. Loved the open bathroom in the rooms, which were in general really clean.

Hi Emily, Thank you for the props! We appreciate you taking the time to leave an honest review of your experience. Our room designs are very quirky, so we are glad you appreciated it. Our housekeeping department is one of the best, so it's no surprise the rooms were in super clean. I will make sure to pass this along to their department. Please come back and see us whenever you are in the area we would love to have you back with us.

The hotel is generally nice and the rooms are clean and quiet. After my check out I had an unexplained booking on my credit card (although I had no extras). Despite 4 emails to the hotel staff, this is not resolved yet and not answered.

Rates should be lowered during this transition period/remodel. I was a frequent guest of the prior hotel and it doesn’t make sense to charge the same without having the same fun. Good luck!

I was very nervous on the way to the property a lot of homelessness was very nervous but once I got to the facility and realize that valet and underground parking available I felt way more at ease I would not recommend walking around the town but as far as the facility very secure and safe. It is not the hostel's fault by any means of what's happening around it. But the facility itself is very nice for the money

The hotel computer systems were down during checkout so credit card transactions, elevator access, and room access was not granted to us for our one-night stay. Security had to let us into all areas. Highly inconvenient. Also the rooftop hot tub is under construction, which I didn't see noted on their website or ads on Expedia..

Hotel is an older hotel with upgrades. Room was transparent yet elevators and mini fridge were definitely older. Staff was amazing and helped with any and all issues.

In Downtown LA; stayed there because the hotel for the conference I was attending was full. Very expensive for the (lack of) amenities. Odd room design with NO privacy between sleeping area and shower/toilet area. Parking was goofy. Pool was "being remodeled" so not available. I was told that housekeeping would only be provided on request but came anyway on my 2nd day--kind of disturbing to find that someone had been in my room. Would not recommend

It gave me chills that someone knocked on my door at 2a.m asking for a woman it made me feel like it wasn’t secure if he wasn’t a guest how did he make it upstairs. There was a club attached to the property and was extremely load music to the point I felt the vibrations of the music laying down the whole place was sketchy and I had to ask for new bedding because they were changed from the previous stay there were visible stains on the sheets and linen

The hotel doesn’t include parking you have to pay 50 bucks for night, we park a car 1 hour and they charge me 20 dollars. I feel the staff isn’t friendly. The installations are beautiful and smell really nice.
