The front desk staff were helpful and never in a rush. I always felt listened to and taken seriously. They let me preview the room because my mom needs accessible room. They said it had a tub...I asked did it have a hand held shower and a bench. They assured me it did, but told me to look the room over to make sure it would work for us. I did. It was spacious and clean. The tub was not too high to step in and the bench and handheld shower were perfect. I forgot to put my parking permit in my car and they checked to make sure I hadn't been flagged. They put me at ease and never seemed bothered by my many questions. Their hotel was close to all the family gatherings I needed to attend . I would definitely go back.

Nice clean property and rooms. Nothing close by for dining But it is close to the airport for early flight out. MOST Comfortable bed I have slept in for a very long time. Nice swimming pool. There is a limited dining at the hotel but anything else you have to drive a few miles to find.

We were told we couldn't early check in unless we paid a fee of $55, which meant rooms were ready, but they wouldn’t release them. Which is fine as it's policy, but every other hotel during our trip let us early check in if a room was ready. The floors are also thin so ask for a top floor room or you'll be listening to a lot of stomping. And the air conditioning is good, but extremely loud.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, though there was a strong “cleaning supply” odor. The air conditioner was noisy. For a one-nighter near the airport it was fine. The pool looked great, but I hadn’t the opportunity to try it. Recommended to travelers on a budget but not to those vacationing in LA.

Our room was shockingly clean and modern. This building must have gone through a huge renovation in the past few years, because it was much nicer than the location implies. That said, the location is dismal. It's essentially wedged in a highway offramp, and the road noise is very noticeable (but not so bad in the room). There's nowhere to walk at all. The central courtyard is very nice, and the pool (which we didn't use) looked clean and inviting. It also offered free parking, which was a big incentive. If you're looking for someplace clean and affordable, and don't care about the surrounding environment, this is the place.

Excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, and good location. Our room was absolutely spotless! The cleaning staff does an excellent job. The room was modern, spacious, and updated, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of good quality towels, good water pressure, the shower, sink, toilet in excellent working order. I mention that became we’ve stayed at some hotels that were more expensive and the shower head is loose from the wall and poor water pressure. We definitely stay here again. Much nicer than the Portofino and just as nice as the Safari Inn, but a much better price. Also, it’s very quiet and well maintained.

The room was a really nice size, everything was super clean. Check in and check out was very fast. There is a Walmart and target pretty close. I do recommend coming here with a car, there is public transportation but it’s all a 12-20 minute walk from the hotel but still doable without a car. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very quiet at night, especially when the AC is on. Only thing to mention is you to pay $2.75 per load of laundry, which is common for hotels.
