This was my 3rd stay at the Pendry WH. To begin with the positives, the staff was very personable and professional - especially the service and friendly faces at Merois, Ospero and room service - and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Unlike my first 2 stays which were absolutely wonderful, this time our stay was a total disappointment. Check-in was not quick or smooth (waited for 2 hours and never received a call that the room was ready after 4pm), the staff was clearly understaffed (our bags took forever to arrive in our room and the kind lady at the Front Desk had to bring it up herself to avoid a longer wait), and there was no turn down service at all during our entire stay. This is one of our favorite hotels in LA and our favorite chains and we plan to be back. However, I hope our next stay reverts back to the wonderful service and intimacy we've experienced and enjoyed before.

This was a great hotel. Two solid Wolfgang Puck restaurants on site, plus a heated rooftop pool and bar. It's in a good location if you're going out to the bars and clubs in WeHo. One frustration is the only parking available on site was $70/day valet, but that's also because of the neighborhood. If you're going to visit L.A., you're going to need to rent a car, and you're also going to valet most places you want to go. Plus the valets were all very friendly and they did bring my car out quickly each time. Overall I'd definitely stay there again, and would recommend the Pendry to others!

Disappointing
I have stayed at this property about 5 times before this stay. The upkeep of the room has significantly declined. The phone did not work, the door to the minibar was broken and you couldn’t open the minibar fridge. Additionally, the comforter had a stain on it. Also tried to reach the front desk for about 10 minutes and nobody answered. Also quality of in-room dining food was not what I would expect for this caliber of hotel. Overall a disappointing stay. On the good side, dinner at Merois was excellent and the service was outstanding.

Wow! What a great property for a reasonable price. Location is great. staff was on point. Food, drinks, all very good. The roof top was very cool. Great views of the city!! Bar staff was the best. We were very pleasantly surprised. Definitely going back.
