Wir waren 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und hatten drei verschiedene Zimmer für 6 Personen gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und ist zentral zwischen Hollywood und disneyworld gelegen (30 min). Nach unserem langen Tagesausflug mussten wir feststellen, dass unsere Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurden. Das war sehr ärgerlich zumal wir hierzu keine Info hatten.

Central to many venues in L.A. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Bike Brewery was a pleasant spot to watch a game or have a meal. Staff were all accommodating and super nice. Loved that we could regulate the temperature in our room to our liking. I would have liked a feather pillow as that's what I'm used to, but I didn't ask for one so can't complain.

I stayed at the hotel and was immediately met by great customer service and awesome employees. Raymond in the valet was amazing and gave me great recommendations. The check-in process was smooth and due to me being an Expedia member I was upgraded. The room was clean and nice. Will definitely stay again.

The personal at the 24 hrs cafe is not very friendly. The rest always acknowledge you when you pass by and some even hold the door for you. No room service, somehow inconvenient and room cleaning every third day?

The casino was far from everywhere you wanted to go. Once we go there we both were glad we chose that place. No slots or anything like that. Great food very very clean. Valet parking, big showers in the bathroom. We had a day where we didnt get internet to our room. We told the staff. Immediately they took care of it and compensated us for the inconvenience. Free food and stuff. I could live in this place. Please go if you want to be happy with your choice.

Absolutely loved this property. Right when we pulled up we were greeted by the very kind security guard that told us where to park and where to go check in. Everything was explained to us, a ton of upgrades, the room was IMMACULATE. I have never seen a bathroom like this hotel! 10 out of 10. Clean, great service, everything is done swiftly through your phone, they were able to charge my car, bring out the car in a timely manner. Everyone was so extremely kind. Had the best service here, highly recommend!
