Good hotel for visiting Universal. Nice style and very clean. Cheap parking fee. Very friendly staff. Our safe was not working. Told it two times at the front desk but nothing happened.

The property is modern , stark decor. There is massive park directly across Tujunga. Quiet area. but a few miles away is coffee ,food Universal Studios etc. Was offended by the 250.00 charge in advances for incidentals, considering there is no food, or movies , or other amenities. That plus the room is alot. I stay in similarly priced hotels often. They all have positives and negative. 10$ parking was fair. Access to great food was a plus. But ALL hotels should have great coffee and snacks complimentary. Touch of class goes along way..

Not much to like on this property. Not in a great location. Homeless guy living on the sidewalk next to the entrance and the staff didn’t care. Had to pay the total cost plus 250 deposit upon check in and charged, up front, $10 per day for parking! Never in my 65 years have I experienced this. Front desk staff are not friendly. Room was clean, beds are ok.

From check in to check out the stay was great! The rooms were very clean and the staff made it very easy. It was only 10 minutes to Universal Studios. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to the area.

So at this property, there was a homeless guy right by the garage blocking the garage entrance and he was there all day and the second homeless guy sleeping on the sidewalk right there. I love homeless people I really do doesn’t look good around especially when I’m doing business.

First time staying at this property and we stayed two nights. The check in process was quick and easy. The staff is friendly. Our room and gym was clean. Parking was limited but safe. Very close to NOHO, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and close to freeway access. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the two bathrooms! If you get the larger suite with the living room. There are two bathrooms. Great for sleeping two people in separate rooms - one in the bedroom proper and one in the living room. The leather couch was comfortable.

The area was a little weird. Seemed a little run down, but the building itself was good and safe. The biggest complaint I have is the water wouldn’t get passed Lukewarm when I was taking a shower.

Very clean. Very welcoming and helpful. Everyone who worked there was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location. Easy to Uber anywhere in the area. It is on the corner of a main road so not very scenic, but overall, I would stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. A bit noisy because close to the elevator but we got used to it. The area is close to the Universals and offers many nice choices for breakfast and dinner. We loved the artsy vibe. Very convenient the small refreshments area with juices and hot drinks available all day long. The patio is lovely!

Have been to this hotel three times in the last couple on months. All times have been just what I required for a stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and near my meeting place. It is convenient to Burbank Airport. The two people I encountered at the front desk were both very professional and helpful. As a an expedia vip member, the parking voucher and upgrade were offered and very appreciated. Will stay again when back in town. Thanks

I really wanted to like this hotel. It was pretty clean and nicely decorated. However, the beds were so very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving a day early, just so I wouldn’t have to sleep on them. I explained to the front desk and they said they would try and get my night discounted. They however did not discount it, and additionally charged me for two days of parking also. Not a happy hotel experience.

Loved the decor and ambience inside the hotel. The smell was awesome, as well as the music. One thing I didn't like was holding the total amount and deposit on my card the entire stay, on top of no shuttle or free transportation anywhere to make up for the lack of restaurants and tourist destinations around the area.
