Die Hotelanlage ist sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Insbesondere die Bar und Pool sind sehr schön. Das personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Externe Gäste können den Pool und die Dachterrasse besuchen, weshalb es manchmal voller werden kann. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau. Das erste Zimmer war komplett abgenutzt und hatte Flecken auf dem Boden. Wir mussten es wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer war ein Upgrade - groß und sehr hell! Herzlichen Dank! Allerdings ist auch dieses Zimmer an einigen Stellen (zB war der Teppichboden kaputt) abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind akustisch nicht isoliert, weshalb es Abends nicht leise ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und im Vergleich zur Umgebung auch preislich ansprechend. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auf einer Skale von 1-5 bei 3 anzusetzen. Es werden verschiedene Gebühren erhoben (zB Parking für 65 USD, Annehmlichkeiten 35 USD), die mMn im Preis von knapp 300 USD pro Nacht enthalten sein sollten. Die Umgebung ist Mitten in Hollywood ein Auto ist trotzdem zu empfehlen. Es kann manchmal etwas laut werden. Im Vergleich ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

super lage. schoenes hotel..! Aber meine Zimmer oben, unters Dach, war morgens frueh nicht so ruhig wegen Roof top Bar reinigung um 6 Uhr morgens! Amsonst ist die Hotel super. Sollte sein fuer das Geld?! :-)

Lage top - Service flop
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - inmitten von West Hollywood mit einer grossen Auswahl von sehr schönen, guten jedoch eher teuren Restaurants. Man kann kostenlos Räder benutzen, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Man sieht so die schönen Häuser an den ansonsten nicht befahrenen Strassen von Beverly Hills. Das Hotel ist erst ein Jahr alt und sehr stylisch, einen schöne Lobby, eine sehr gemütliche Bar und ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Der Service ist jedoch sehr schlecht - sowohl an der Bar wie im Restaurant, gehen die Mitarbeiter und das Management nicht auf die Kunden ein - sie meiden sie und sind schnell überfordert und mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Mit der Sauberkeit nimmt man es in auch nicht so streng. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr sauber. Die Reception ist sehr effizient und kundenorientiert.

Rarely saw workers, hard to get bottles of water or any water. Floor in the lobby had water damage so it was very uneven and raised. Only 1 restaurant with limited menu.

I don’t usually leave hotel reviews. However, this place is absolutely not a luxury hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk person I believe her name was makaiyla was beyond sweet. Thank you for treating me like a human being. The second day I asked Andreas at the front desk if I could upgrade my room to a balcony room which I would have been happy to have paid for. He proceeded to tell me that the rooms are noisy and expensive and the ac wasn’t working. This was a bit frustrating as the ac wasn’t working in the room that I was in. There was a black out in the area, and the hotel didn’t notify us. I woke up in the middle of the night and banged my knee on the dresser next to me bc I wanted to use the bathroom. I did not even complain about any of this. I said to myself it’s a hiccup and it’s okay. The following night my friend and I were having drinks in their bar, where the bartender rudely cut my friend off. Luckily I had my Snapchat on record and I went back to view what happened. We were eating Girl Scout cookies and we might have been a little loud when talking but the bartender could have just told us to keep it down instead of being so rude. I initially booked this property bc I have a breast surgery coming up in two weeks and have been extremely stressed out and needed an escape. I had an anxiety attack and my mom was in the room upstairs I just needed my medication. The hotel proceeded to call the ambulance who did not even transport me. Worst experience!

Your feedback is crucial, and we assure you that we are taking immediate steps to address these concerns internally.Regarding the incident at the bar, we were concerned to read about your experience, and we would like to provide additional context. A guest and her friend were consuming excessive alcohol, leading our bartender to cease serving them. The guest became verbally abusive, yelling, cursing, and using profanity towards our staff. It is important for us to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests and staff members.Moreover, the same guest requested paramedics for a panic attack, but upon their arrival, she was uncooperative and rude. The paramedics confirmed she was intoxicated and suggested involving the police due to her continued disruption.Her behavior extended to the front desk, where she continued to display attitude and demanded personal information from our staff. She also touched a staff member multiple times despite expressions of discomfort and requests not to touch.While we strive to provide exceptional service, we regret any discomfort caused by these incidents.Once again, we apologize for falling short of your expectations and appreciate your understanding.

Terrible hotel, never ever stay at this hotel, the hotel is messy, rooms with hair in the bed and in the shower. The staff charge us 5 times the room in our credit card just by “mistake” and they took 5 days to try to solve it. Nobody helps you, theres no manager. Be carefully with the kimptons, especially this one
