Der Zimmerservice und das Handtuchwechseln hat leider nicht geklappt. Man musste den Zimmerservice einen Tag vorher bestellen. Nach 3 x bestellen ist er dann endlich gekommen. Sonst super Lage und schönes Hotel

The only dislike is the shuttle service can only stay within 2 miles...rediculous since the cruise port is 7 miles away.

I loved the concept of the Mayan hotel. I loved the art work they had in the main lobby. Loved the wood Aztec calendar in the lobby. The thing is the Aztecs were different than the Mayans so that calendar doesn’t go with the “Mayan” theme. Overall the hotel is an old hotel and not worth the price. The room decore was old and felt musky. Seems like they just put some random wallpaper that went with the Mayan them and some old furniture and called it done. All the fixture in the bathroom were already rusting from bad ventilation, the furniture wasn’t dusted and it seemed that the room was never vacuumed. All the dirt was just swept to one corner of the room which was kind of gross. The only convenient about it is that it is close to the port so if you’re going on a cruise it will be easy to get to. I would say this hotel is not worth the stay or what you are paying to stay here. There’s a double tree a min away. May be a better stay.

35 USD per night just to park your car in their open air lot. Room was advertised as beach view but is actually marina view (there’s no real beach here). Other than that, the pool was nice.

We arrived at 10:30am and we were able to check in with no issue. They also can hold your baggage until checkin. They also have complimentary shuttle to the cruise port.

Conventional located, clean and quiet. Beautiful property! A little dated. A deep clean wouldn't hurt. The wait at Fuego was RIDICULOUSLY LONG! Better and increased staffing is needed. Food was decent.

The room was nice. The staff were not. We checked in at 11pm. The woman gave us our key and said our room number and building two. We explained we had never been to the property. She said slower and louder “ BUILDING TWO “. I told her again we had never been to the property..there are many buildings, is it to the right? The left? She pointed to the left and said “that way”. Then the next morning when we were checking out I asked if there was a comp or discount for the parking fee since we had stayed overnight for six hours? The guy working the desk handed us a room key and said hand this to the guard at the gate. We were grateful and said thank you so much. Only to find out that did nothing because there is no discount. Instead of just saying no, sorry we don’t, he chose to make us think that so we would be on our way. Our thoughts about this property were “ so sorry to bother you for booking this hotel “ smh

Loved the convenience to carnival cruise port. Free shuttle to port and downtown within 5 mile radius. Super friendly shuttle driver. Awesome views of harbor, queen mary, etc.

This is a very nice comfortable property. I think it’s a little bit more upscale than your typical Doubletree. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But, the rest of the hotel really does feel like a Curio collection. The staff in superb! From check in to dining to housekeeping and groundskeepers - all hospitable and friendly! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay, its away from all of the shopping dining but still within walking distance (approx a 10 15 min walk) the restsraunt onsite is good and cannot forget the cookies. This is a resort style property and the employees are friendly, except for the shuttle driver he acted like he didnt want to take me somewhere when i requested. Overall great experience

Some of the employees were protesting at 7 am with blow horns and drums! Also smoke detector when off 3 separate times once at 12 midnight. We like this property because of the view of the little bay and the down town lights. It is older tho and could use some updating. Needs plugs on both night stands. Maid service was really good.
