Thank you for your stay and for your review. I am sorry to hear about the miscommunication about requesting housekeeping service. We do mention on our sites, send emails, and even have a note on the room key that mentions cleaning service is based on request. Although Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, most guest prefer to either skip stay-over service or request it at their leisure. Thank you again Domenico and we hope to see you in the future :)

Room was clean and was perfect for my 4 day stay in Los Angeles. Close enough to the beach and I felt very comfortable. Breakfast was great especially for it being free! Staff was kind and I felt safe being here. The surrounding area was a bit sketch but I didn’t mind since I was out most of my stay. Would recommend if you want to stay on a budget while feeling comfy!

Me and my girlfriemd checked in at the hotel thursday night and we both loved how the hotel looked and how clean it was. We were gonna go out to buy some breakfast until i told her about the complimentary breakfast and the food was cooked really good and it tasted absolutely delicious. She loved the waffles. I loved the potatoes and eggs. We will definitely be coming back for a future stay. Absolutely loved the location too. Had a good amount of options for food around. (:

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights! Breakfast was same thing every morning 7-10. My husband liked it a lot ( Egg scramble, potato, sausage, make your own waffle station! Coffee, tea, juice, oatmeal, cereal and milk, boiled egg & yogurt! Hotel is in a medium class neighborhood! If you are renting a car and going to attraction sites, It takes good 45min to hour each way to get to Hollywood, Santa Monica pier, Beverly Hills, sunset blvd area! Lots of close shopping center include Walmart and Costco and fast foods close by! Rooms are ok and have microwave and fridge! Rooms are little old looking and basic! YOU DO NOT GET AUTO ROOM MAKE OVER! You have to request room make over! Parking is free on site! Overal 3 star out of 5! Good luck!

Very quick and smooth check in, parking included. Building is old but clean enough. Room smelled like bleach upon arrival and some towels still looked dirty. All the staff was amazing; they are friendly, attentive and helpful anytime they are needed. The property is located on an extraordinary location. You have many dining options and you can either walk or drive to many of those locations. The area is also very safe since there are stores open all day and people walking on the sidewalks. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.
