Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Leider funktionierten Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht richtig, so dass unsere Wäsche weder sauber gewaschen wurde noch anschließend trocken aus dem Trockner kam. Das ganze investierte Geld futsch und nasse Wäsche von 4 Personen, super. Ersatz bzw. Abhilfe wurde seitens des Hotels nicht angeboten.

das Hotel war doch ziemlich weit weg von LA, deshalb würden wir es für einen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen. es war ziemlich hellhörig, aber im großen und ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Minuspunkt, dass die Zimmer während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt werden!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting LA and Universal Studios. The room was very spacious and clean equipped with everything we needed including coffee machine, hairdryer and even an iron and a safe. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Big bonus for us was that a Denny‘s restaurant is located directly next to the hotel- great for breakfast and late dinners if needed.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean comfortable and attractive room. Hotel is near a freeway so that can be heard at times but I slept very well in the great bed.

Let me preface by saying the front clerks did a great job by making a horrible experiance an ok one so an added star for that, they run a tight ship. My complaint is in regards to the hotel itself. Loud banging on my front door and shared wall in the room next to me. Cannot believe the hotel allows guests like this

The room was nicely updated and suitably luxurious. My only complaint was that the vending machines only took credit cards and when I tried to use it i kept getting network errors.

Unfortunately, unknowingly selected a room next to the street where there was a lot of noisy traffic and the guests in the next room were able to be heard in the middle of the night. No tissue and the soap dispenser for body wash did not work properly.

I usually have a good stay here but the environment was rather noisy and there was a sign that said they protect their hotel workers by giving them the ability to use the panic button. Even if that is true, why was that sign in my room. Weird.
