„Wer mal ein typisch amerikanisches altes Haus erleben möchte, muss nur dieses Apartment buchen. Es war nicht sehr sauber und laut, die Fenster undicht. Die Wohnung klein und die Betten waren durchgelegen und man hatte Angst das man durchbricht. Der Ausblick wie auf den Bildern? Werdet ihr nicht finden. Die Wohnung ist nur für 5 Personen bestückt. Es gibt keine Stühle für 7 Personen und es ist auch sehr kuschelig für die Anzahl an Personen.“

„Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, von welcher man mit dem Bus aus in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Manhattan ist. Der check-in funktioniert easy über eine Schlüsselbox. Das Einzige, was uns gestört ja ist, dass die Betten leider wahnsinnig gequietscht haben, weshalb man kaum durchschlafen konnte - hier müssten einfach einmal neue Betten her und dann ist alles top :-)“

„The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature.“

„Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. Pictures of apartment are very accurate. Perfect for what we were looking for. Roof top is amazing-the view of NYC skyline was seriously beautiful. We sat up there for drinks both ...

„The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River. ...
