Perfekte Lage, Shampoo und Duschgel in der Dusche, Fön vorhanden. bequeme Matratze. Frühstück gruselig, nur ein kleines Duschhandtuch pro Person, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sehr laut. Man überlebt 3 Nächte. Für den Preis würden wir es wieder buchen.

Service at reception was friendly, but staff at breakfast was terribly unfriendly. Had to queue more than 15 min until free table. According to accommodation description breakfast should be available until 9:30 a.m. but staff cleared away breakfast every day right away at 9:15 a.m. choice of breakfast was very poor and less available. When we arrived tea and coffee facilities were not filled up and dishes were dirty from former guests, towel was dirty, too an all three days the room hadn’t been cleaned

The whole room was dirty. I had hair from a stranger/former guest everywhere in the bed as well as in the bathroom. The sink was clogged with dirt (also hair) and there was mould everywhere. The tea cups were dirty as well. On top of that you cannot lock the room door which was very concerning when considering the prostitutes and their gang I saw outside on the street every night. The breakfast is a joke and the dining hall way too small. Additionally some people made party every night in the hall way and the walls as well as the door are not very soundproofed. In resume I can say that I don’t need a 5 star apartment but having a clean room, door locker and a fresh and clean bed is the least I expect. Especially with the high price I had to pay not only for the room but also for the ‘continental’ (really low quality) breakfast it is more than an impertinence. Never again!

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr nah an einer underground Station und Bus Station somit konnte man innerhalb wenige Minuten vom Hotel aus hinlaufen. Einrichtung war sehr alt und das Doppel Bett war für zwei Erwachsene total klein. Das Frühstück war ziemlich einfach gehalten. Es gab jeden Tag das selbe und überhaupt keine Änderungen oder Zusätze. Für das Geld war es ok jedoch würde ich nächstes mal ein anderes Hotel mit besseren Frühstück wählen.

Zimmer frisch renoviert, Bad winzig, pro Person nur ein Handtuch und täglich gewechselt, Bettwäsche bereits nach drei Tagen erneuert, keine Anzeichen für Nachhaltigkeit. Frühstück mit Tee oder Kaffee, einfachem Toast, Orangensaft, Wasser, Müsli, Cornflakes, billiger Wurst und Käsescheibletten, Marmelade und Fruchtjoghurt.

The White House is good value for a short stay in London. Buses and trains close. Breakfast round the corner in the other hotel is basic and adequate. The only things lacking - hooks to hang the towels on and marmalade at brekkie. Breakfast staff extremely efficient, seemed a happy team. There was no queuing up for toast as its usual and one of the staff was there toasting bread - such a good idea. Would definitely return here

Over power smokey room in a non smoking hotel. Management did not adress the issue in any way even though they were made aware of it immediately. Had to leave the winow open freezing us and damp Finally tolerable by checkout. Beware the breakfast included will run out of cerial for days. Other choices are yogert, toast with sliced cheese, ham, turkey, butter, jelly, milk, juice or coffee. On a positive note, it was clean, super close to Paddington train station with the Heathrow Express or various tube or bus options so easy to get to anywhere especially with a £6 day pass zone 1-6.

The hotel itself was good, very clean and tidy, room was an OK size.Needed more then the1 pillow on the bed. The reception staff on the other hand, i asked how to get a taxi and he said he will book it, turns out it wasn`t even a real taxi, absolutely no evidence of it being a taxi, by the time we realised we were on our way. Asked for I D but the driver said NO he didn`t have any, then charged £30 for a two mile journey which took all of five minuets .Flagged a real taxi down to bring us back costing £14. This is no reflection on the hotel itself. Was just the chap on reception.

Stayed in a ground floor triple room which had everything we required. Lovely and clean immaculate bathroom. Basic breakfast but did the job. For the money on a Saturday night in London no complaints.

stanza piccolissima al terzo piano di una palazzina in centro a Londra , con scale RIPIDISSIME per arrivare . Senza reception, in pratica è una casa divisa non un hotel, si va nell hotel dietro l’angolo per fare check in -out e colazione . Nessuna pulizia nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato ( tre notti ) la colazione è nei sotterranei dell hotel accanto , su tavoli sporchi senza tovaglia , nessuna traccia di brioches, biscotti o torte , solo prosciutto e formaggio di primo ordine su pane tostato , corn flakes da discount e caffè americano con latte da aggiungere , brocca gigante che usano tutti . UN INCUBO peccato perché la posizione è STRAORDINARIA STATE LONTANO

Quarto com bom tamanho e confortável. Localização próxima de metro e autocarros. Escadas com um pouco de pó. Pequeno almoço muito simples mas ok. No entanto tenho de fazer uma reclamação em relação ao pequeno almoço porque às 09:15, as empregadas começaram a arrumar tudo muito rápido sem perguntaram aos clientes se queriam mais alguma coisa e começaram a aspirar com as pessoas ainda a comer. Achei muito mal porque dão a indicação que o PA é até às 09:30h. Quem chega às 09:15 já não tem direito a nada.

We were actually surprised how nice it was for low price with the breakfast. My partner actually said 6 out of 10 for him as it was a nice room. clean. a bit old fashion but still modern and looking nice. Breakfast good as well! We will be most likely coming back to stay soon again.

Could be better.
The location was perfect for winter wonderland, and very near to the tube and customer service was good. The cleanliness was a little disappointing. The hallway carpets were dirty and needed a good hoover. The room itsself wasnt the best. The bed was very comfortable and clean, but the bathroom let the room down. Alot of things very rusty and dirty. We didnt have the breakfast so cant comment on this.

This hotel was great, we stayed for 1 night as we needed it as a base for resting and showering to go out and explore the city. We arrived and saw a sign on the door saying 'for check-in go to Seymour hotel around the corner'. Check in was swift, receptionist friendly enough. Had to provide ID. We were given room 214, on the second floor, this hotel had no lifts. We had booked a twin room, and got a room with two single beds. Everything about this hotel was spot on: location, cleanliness, amenities. After reading all reviews, I thought we'd be staying in a rat hole, but we were pleasantly surprised. We paid something like £59 (Sunday) for room and breakfast for 2, very close to the centre of London (LONDON!!!!), in a clean hotel with a basic yet varied breakfast. Bus stop was a minute away on foot, and there were shops, pubs, takeaways and small restaurants in the area. Paddington station around the corner as well. The room was small, but had all the basics: TV, tea/coffee making facilities, phone, a small wardrobe, a desk. Bathroom was small too, but very clean, no hairs, no mould or grime. Shower pressure was very good. I believe that most bad reviews were made by people who expect the Ritz for £50 and plan on spending the whole day in the room looking out the window maybe? Would definitely recommend this hotel to people with common sense.
