Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend – 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof East Croydon; von dort sehr gute Verbindung nach London Victoria (15 Minuten Fahrzeit) und London Bridge – sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden (großer Vorteil!) – Zimmer modern eingerichtet (IKEA); auch bei kühler Außentemperatur höhere Zimmertemperatur; an warmen Tagen fast unerträglich, zwei Ventilatoren im Zimmer; Adapter für Netzanschluss notwendig bzw. erhältlich; – sehr kleines Badezimmer – kleine Pantryküche zur Selbstversorgung – Frühstück als Selbstbedienung (Cerealien, Tee, Kaffee, verpacktes Kleingebäck, Käse, Apfel, Orange) und den ganzen Tag über möglich; Spüldienst – Personal freundlich. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area - 15 minutes’ walk to East Croydon Station; from there very good connection to London Victoria (15 minutes’ drive) and London Bridge - secure parking available (great advantage!) - rooms with modern decor (IKEA); even at lower outside temperature in the room is high; almost unbearable on warm days, two fans in room; Adapter for mains connection required or available; - very small bathroom - small pantry for self-catering - self-service breakfast (cereals, tea, coffee, packaged biscuits, cheese, apple, orange) available all day long; you have to wash up your plates and mugs – very fast internet – friendly staff.

Es war sauber und gepflegt. Die Räume waren kleiner als erwartet. Leider wurden wir mitten in der Nacht vom Nachbarzimmer durch Laustärke geweckt. Zum Frühstück gab es eine sehr kleine Auswahl. In einer Küchenzeile musste man sich sein Frühstück (Toast, Chedar, Marmelade, Milch und Cornflakes) selber aus dem Kühlschrank holen und am Ende ebenso sein Geschirr selber abspülen. Gut gelegenes Apart-Hotel
Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön, sauber, Personal sehr freundlich! Die gute Lage zu Shops und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist zu erwähnen. Es ist alles sehr schnell erreichbar und die Busse fahren ca. alle 10 Min. in alle Richtungen. Auch der Bahnhof war in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Umgebung. Auch London war super mit dem Zug zu erreichen (in ca. 20 Min.). Toller Urlaub!

Wir wurden nett am Hotel empfangen. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer allerdings sehr klein und nicht ganz sauber. Das Frühstück musste in der Küche selber zubereitet werden (auch selber spülen).

Kleines Hotel im Umkreis von London. 20 Minuten mit dem Zug in die Stadt. Bis zum nächstgelegenen Bahnhof sind es ca. 15 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für Stadtverhältnisse verhältnismäßig ruhig. Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel. Im Zimmer gibt es einen wasserkocher sowie einen Toaster. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatte und Töpfe sowie Geschirr ist auch vorhanden. Wifi durchaus schnell und und überall im hotel verfügbar. Frühstück war nicht sonderlich groß aber eine geringe Auswahl an Müsli, Brot, Marmelade und Käse war vorhanden. Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel für ein Wochenende in London.

Bei unserer Anreise war die Heizung ausgefallen. Abhilfe nach zig Nachfragen um 20:30 Uhr ; Schimmel im Bad ; Fingerdicke Eisschicht im Kühlschrank ; Der Herd war ohne Funktion ; Im Flur hatte die Decke ei 1X1 Metergroßes Loch ; Eine 220 V Steckdose in der Wohnung (im Bad) - Ein einziges Mal in der Woche wurde das Zimmer "gereinigt" Mülleimer nicht geleert etc. ; Das kontinentale Frühstück bestand aus Pulverkaffee,Tütenweissbrot und einer einzigen Sorte Billigkäse. Den Abwasch danach musste man selber machen.

Really great place to stay , short or long term.
When I and the misses had stayed here for about a week we had a great time , the room was immaculate, very comfortable with a big space and very friendly staff . It’s within a nice and peacefully quiet area so you can be sure your going to get a great night sleep . Highly recommended this place to stay . Top marks !!!!

Mountain out of a mole hill
My partner and I had a great time add this location nothing was too much trouble for the staff in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Reading the previous reviews to ourselves it seems that people were making a mountain out of a mole At least an eye unit things like the shower was a little smaller than would have been preferred but I'm a big guy and didn't find it that hard to navigate, the apartment could have smelt fresher but didn't smell of mould just needed more airing out a little difficult to do considering how cold the apartment was, we arrived late at night but in the morning at breakfast Tev immediately came round and got the heating and hot water working beautifully . Free parking was definitely a bonus the entrance to the car park was a little narrow but after my second night of a four-night stay it was no problem to navigate through just required that I paid attention a little bit more. Breakfast was a continental breakfast meaning that nothing was cooked apart from toast but a good choice of serial and bread but to counter and step they had a tuck shop within the property which easily allows you to upgrade your breakfast and cook something a little more to your liking as the apartment was fully cut it out kitchen wise

Westciti Caroco Aparthotel was a quick Uber from east Croydon station to take a train to Gatwick (15mins). The Aparthotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, helping me with my luggage and making sure I had all I needed. The rooms were very clean and modern and included all the amenities mentioned. Loved the breakfast rooms and used both the laundry facilities and gym. Convenient and easy stay.

Property was clean. Toilet bowl cover was not working properly. It was coming off the hinges. Apartment was hot at times even with the window open. The fan in the room did not make much difference to the temperature. The range and refrigerator were working well. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with cereals, milk, sugar and tea. Overall our stay was good.

Excellent 5* accommodation
We couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived. The staff were so helpful. Our luggage was taken to our twin room (No3) that had everything you could possibly want. They provide continental breakfast 7:30am until 9pm and there’s 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers for you to use if needed We would definitely recommend this 5* accommodation

The property is dirty. Like there was mold around the ventilator, ventilation is poor too. There was a hole on the floor where you can literally see below the room. Ceiling seemed to be in construction but poorly built. Overall, not at all satisfied with the money I spent on the “expected” standard but not got it.
