Für einen Städtetrip übers Wochenende, ist die Lage perfekt. Die ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gefühlt 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Hotel und Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten sind ok, aber man hört jede Tür knallen und denkt gleich ist jemand im Zimmer. 😉 Also für 2-3 Nächte ist es vollkommen in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich.

Die Lage ist Einzigartig und die Betten sind sehr gut. Leider ist die nahe Umgebung nicht ansprechend, die Strasse und Bürgersteige vor der Türe ist sehr abgefrackt. und die grosse Baustelle besteht nun schon seit 2 Jahren.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Der Service am Check ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit!! Leider fehlten bei der Ankunft Handtücher im Zimmer - wir mussten 2 mal nachfragen, bis wir diese bekommen haben, um durschen zu können. Des Weiteren wurde das Zimmer sehr spät gereinigt. Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag zurück und konnten daher nicht aufs Zimmer. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Gerade im Bad war der Zahn der Zeit zu erkennen.

Zunächst einmal: Die Lage des Hotels ist genial! Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation entfernt; Piccadilly Circus und Oxford Street sind etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar!!! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Bedienung beim Frühstück sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer, bei dem man leider das Fenster nicht richtig schließen konnte, zudem funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Leider war es auch nicht ganz sauber und das Badezimmer war auch sehr klein, die Größe des Zimmers war ausreichend. Nachdem wir uns dann an der Rezeption beschwerten erhielten wir innerhalb einer halben Stunde ein anderes Zimmer, hier funktionierte dann zwar die Heizung, jedoch war im Bad an der Decke ein Rohr oder so undicht, und es tropfte die ganze Nacht.... Das reklamierten wir dann ebenfalls am nächsten Tag, da es sich hierbei jedoch schon wieder um unseren Abreisetag handelte, durften wir wenigstens später auschecken. Wir waren zwar nicht ganz zufrieden mit dem Hotel, würden hier jedoch trotzdem wieder hinkommen, weil die Lage eben einfach super war.

Is close to both Trafalgar Square & Leicester Square by a couple of blocks. Wi-Fi is good & the Jr. Suite is well worth the cost. They have a breakfast buffet that is decent & u can order eggs as u like them.

Check in at Thistle Trafalgar Square was quick and easy, they were pleasant and held our bags until the room was ready. The surrounding area and location were amazing with access to public transit and several areas were walkable. Unfortunately, upon arriving back at the hotel and checking into our room there was an issue which the hotel staff was quick to remedy. Rose at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. She quickly got us into another room at the sister hotel up the street as Trafalgar Square was fully booked. She assisted us with bringing our bags and even told us a little about the area on the way. Upon arriving at Thistle Piccadilly, we were greeted by Didar and Su who were also extremely helpful and hospitable putting us in a lovely room. Everyone worked together so well to fix the room issue and they were so kind to us. I would highly recommend Thistle hotels and will absolutely be booking with the brand again. The next morning Khadijah was working the front desk solo and doing a wonderful job managing a very busy lobby. She was quickly and kindly assisting checkins, checkouts, deliveries, phone calls and made time assisting up with storing our bags to hold for the day. Thank you again to Rose, Didar, Su, and also Khadijah, we truly appreciate your kindness and efforts during our stays at both Thistle hotels.

Pas de restaurant le dimanche et lundi. Aucune indication qu’ il y des marches partout Difficile pour une personne âgée avec une canne Des marches pour aller à l’ascenseur, pour sortir des ascenseurs,pour aller au restaurant de l’ hôtel etc…. Great location. It's kind of between Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. And almost everything else is within a 20 mins walk or a short underground tube ride. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, and the windows don't open. Our room didn't even have a luggage rack. Also, no toiletries aside from soap. The front desk clerks were friendly, but at times very disorganized and slow. Our room came with breakfast, and it was adequate. But honestly, there are plenty of breakfast places and bakeries nearby. Overall, an okay stay, just nothing fancy.

The property is in in good condition and in an excellent location about 100m from Leister Sq. The room is clean and the staff friendly. However, the rooms are very continental with weird layout to the bathrooms and toilets that seem to gather rather than flush the contents. Room cleaning is very late in the afternoon. While the price is acceptable for the hotel I doubt we will stay again.
