Es handelt sich um ein altehrwürdiges Haus mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung. Es ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Leider wird es nicht gut gehalten. Die Sitze der Stühle müsste man neu beziehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man kann bestellen, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr lecker. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, aber man muss fürs Shopping ein paar Schritte gehen.

Äusserst freundliches und aufmerksames Personal! The Chesterfield Mayfair ist ein Wohlfühlhotel in jeder Beziehung. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen im Badezimmer waren allerdings nicht optimal. Bei dem Kaltwasserhahnen am Waschbecken kam nur sehr wenig Wasser. Die Regendusche über der Badewanne sehr ungünstig, alternativ wäre eine Handbrause bedienerfreundlicher.

I am delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay and that you appreciated the hotel’s boutique atmosphere. I am however sorry to hear that you had problems with the cold water coming out a bit slower, this has been raised immediately and rectified by my maintenance team so that we do not inconvenience the next guest. We do indeed have hand held showers so when you next return mention your interest in a room that has one. We greatly anticipate your next visit to us. Kind regards, Adam Lake General Manager

Upon our arrival we received a warm welcome from the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Absolutely an incredible stay! Would stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet but also convenient and located very close to Buckingham place and <5 min from a great tube stop. Also walking distance to covenant garden with tons of restaurant locations. The staff is incredible and personalizes your stay for the occasion.
