We had a great stay at the Bailey‘s. Our Delux Room was as nice and clean as depicted on the fotos and the staff especially at the door very friendly and ready to help. The location of the hotel was great. We liked that we were directly opposite the Glouchester Road Station with a few restaurants around but that it wasn‘t noisy. We‘ld like to come again.

Das Hotel ist etwas altmodisch, Zimmer sind klein und die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir waren sehr wenig im Hotel, praktisch nur zum schlafen da, daher war es für uns super. Klimaanlage sehr laut und brachte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch mit, daher nicht benutzt, aber im Sommer wäre schlimm gewesen. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfreich. Es ist ein teures Hotel mit vier Sternen, daher waren unsere Erwartungen entsprechend höher, und nicht unbedingt getroffen. Wegen der Lage würde ich das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen.

We immediately fell in love with the hotel and the surrounding area. The Gloucester Road Station is just around the corner from the hotel. The employees were very nice and courteous. There was a rich buffet for the breakfast. Also the rooms were very clean. The lobby of the hotel was decorated in a magical christmassy way. We loved it!!

The Bailey's Hotel is a real gem. It is centrally located, Piccadilly Line handy. The Underground station is literally in front of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and courteous. They even provided a surprise for my birthday. The room was comfortable and well appointed. I really liked the breakfast variety and enjoyed my conversation with Tiji, the lady who was serving the breakfast. Her kindness brightened my day.

Gute Lage; direkt an der U-Bahn die zum Flughafen fährt; in der Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants, Starbucks, Boots, Burger King, und Tesco Express; das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Bett war groß und angenehm, und das Service perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß zum Hyde Park/Kensington Palace gehen und mir der Piccadilly line ist man in wenigen Minuten bei Piccadilly, covent garden, und der West end Gegend.

Really lovely hotel. Absolutely loved the staff and location. Rooms were nice and clean. Did have a little trouble with noise of the people above us late into the night. It’s an old hotel so walking above was really loud at times. Otherwise we really had a perfect stay!

I stayed here for a vacation with my family and had a fantastic time. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very comfortable, with lots of nice little details (great decor, cookies, bottled water replaced daily etc.) The staff were kind and helpful. The location is excellent, with a metro station and across the street and the Natural History and Victoria and Albert museums is walking distance. I was was very happy that I picked this hotel and it would be my first choice for any future trips to London.

next door to the underground station. Only 4 stops from central London. Nice and clean deluxe room. Breakfast expensive £22.50 pp. The usual breakfast items, nothing special. The items on offer were of a good quality. Do not really cater for gluten free guests. Only offered gluten free white bread! At this price, should also offer gluten free cereal, buffins etc. The eggs & bacon were excellent plus the fruit and yougurt. Tea terrible; one tea bag in a large teapot.

Excellent front office staff who were super helpful and efficient even when fully booked and a rush of people demanding registration and room access. Well managed! The room was clean complete with amenities and an extremely comfortable bed.
