Immer wieder zum Messebesuch in London
Das Yacht Hotel ist bei Messebesuch im Excel von der Lage her unschlagbar. War bereits zum 3. Mal dort. Leider diesmal gefühlt war das Wifi extrem langsam - ich musste teilweise auf mobiles Netz zurückgreifen. Wie schon beim letzten Mal war wg verschiedenen Messeanlässen kein Restaurant bzw. keine Bar für Hausgäste verfügbar. Zimmer (Executive) gut, Bad etwas klein.

Das Schiff ist toll! Das Zimmer war toll, z.T etwas hellhörig aber es ist ja auch ein Schiff und nicht als Hotel gebaut. Die Lage für einen Kongress im EXEL absolut umwerfend. Einziges Manko: die Schlüsselkarten waren ständig defekt! Also an Stelle von direkt ins Zimmer erstmal wieder zur Rezeption und eine neue oder neu kodierte Karte abholen.

Tolles Messehotel mit Kreuzfahrtatomsphäre
Wenn einen "Kreuzfahrt Atmosphäre" und unmittelbare Nähre zum Excel Messezentrum wichtig sind, dann ist das Sunborn eine exzellente Option in London. Ich war bereits zum 2.Mal jeweils zur Messe hier und beides mal echt gut. Diesmal har etwas gestört, dass die Lobbybar konstant für Privatevents reserviert war. Man muss etwas kleine "Schiffs"-Badezimmer in Kauf nehmen.

Location ideal. 2 minutes from a tube station, away from the hussle and bustle of London, quiet setting with beautiful views of the docklands and shops and restaurants close by. Brilliant for the O2. Stunning yacht with big rooms and excellent service. All very competitvely priced. Definitely recommend.

The property is clean a big plus. However, the property is advertised as having cable but all the rooms have terrestrial channels only. Big minus as we planned to escape the children, eat, sleep and watch TV. The coffee machine did not work. A member of staff having attempted to fix it for 20min eventually replaced it. Which he should have done immediately to avoid infringing on our time. We were provided with only one bath towel. The menu for room service is extremely limited although the quality of food is good. We checked out one night early so also lost out financially (We have better amenities at home) Overall, the yacht is the selling point so glad we went it wasnt a 'celebratory' event though because of all the lack of attention to all the small details that would have made it a good experience for us.

Christmas on the Sunborn
We booked this stay last minute, when our Christmas plans changed. We were able to book Christmas lunch and then decided to stay the night. The room (cabin) was luxurious with bathrobes, coffee machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great one night stay at a quieter location of London. Lovely rooms, bar, lounge and great breakfast. Would have been nice to have been served coffee/tea at breakfast rather than self serve, but other than that everything was great.
