Ich habe mir das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebucht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Es sollte einem vorher bewusst sein, das man ein Hotel bucht in der Nähe eines Flughafens. Mich hat es keinesfalls gestört.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, nichts besonderes aber für drei Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Allerdings war nachts oft Lärm im Flur vor dem Zimmer, Männer die sich lautstark gestritten haben, Türen die mehrfach geknallt haben und generell keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen haben. War sehr unangenehm. Die Hygiene des Restaurants war allerdings unter aller Sau.. die Tische waren dreckig, die Stühle und Bänke teilweise an stellen des Leders kaputt und stark verdreckt, der Boden sah aus als hätte man ihn Wochen lang nicht gewischt.. teilweise war auch Besteck plus Geschirr nicht ordentlich gereinigt.. man hatte etwas Sorge dort zu essen da man nicht wusste ob die Küche ebenso an mangelhafter Hygiene litt.. das Frühstücksbüffet war mager.. täglich das gleiche, kaum Auswahl. Einen Abend hatten wir Desserts aufs Zimmer bestellt.. wurde sehr lieblos gebracht und angerichtet, von den sehr ekelig riechenden Abdeckhauben ganz zu schweigen.. man mochte es kaum essen.. Alles in allem waren wir froh, und hauptsächlich nur nachts dort aufhalten zu müssen. Wohl gefühlt hat man sich dort leider nicht, kann es nicht empfehlen und würde es auch nie wieder besuchen. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

Ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. 10 min Fußweg von der Underground. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Strassenlärm ist kaum zu hören. Fluglärm, da direkt in der Einflugschneise, ist ebenfalls nicht störend. Die Einrichtung ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Gebrauchsspuren sind offensichtlich, halten sich aber im Rahmen. Leider nur englische Fernsehsender, was wir von einem 4 Sterne Hotel anders kennen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Wir konnten hier sehr gut schlafen. Beim Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl. Nur eine Sorte Käse oder Wurst. Nur Toastbrot oder Baguette. Fanden wir im allgemeinen etwas dürftig für ein 4 Sterne Haus. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe Richtung Underground gibt es überall kleine Läden, die z.t. bis in die Nacht rein oder 24 Std geöffnet haben. Hier kann man sich jederzeit etwas zu essen oder trinken holen. Mit der Underground kommt man überall gut hin. Ca 30 min ins Zentrum. Die Underground ist Recht günstig. Aber Vorsicht, in der Rushhour kostet sie mehr. Achtet auf on-peak und off-peak Zeiten. Im großen und ganzen eine Recht günstige Alternative zu einem 4 Sterne Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt sofern man nach Heathrow fliegt.

It was easy to get there. But I am on holiday and it would have been nice to see smiling faces after a long day traveling. There was no smiles. No friendly. No asking about where I had been or where I was from. In the last 4 weeks I have stayed at over 20 hotels and this one had no joy.

I do not know from where to begin In short, everything is more than wonderful My first choice will always be this hotel. Everything is very clean Everything is neat and organized. This is really a great hotel I thank the team with all my heart, they helped me very much. The room is amazing, and the beds are very clean. Clean Towels , , air conditioning, coffee and tea , The bathroom is spacious and very very clean. You feel comfortable and reassured The hotel enjoys a prime location next to the bus stop, the metro station is within walking distance, and there are many shops next to it. I made the mistake of only booking one day, and then I couldn't find a room to renovate. I advise you to book your entire stay at this hotel . I think the price is less than what the hotel deserves. Thank you to the management and everyone who works at the hotel. I will work to spread this to my friends in the countries I know: the Netherlands, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. The kind and polite staff deserves all respect and appreciation.

Property is a little dated ( furnitures ) and rooms are not super clean but the staffs, the facilities and the area is exceptional Shops restaurants buses and metro in walkable distance

I love the location, walkable to nearby underground stations and restaurants! It felt like a safe neighborhood to me, not too much touristy things which kept it quiet. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but shout-out to the maid service! They kept my room clean and didn't mess with my things. I stayed for over a week and a half.

Too far out from everything, the city. Had to go through dangerous area to walk to hotel.. staff during the day wasnt too friendly, not very good customer service. Had to ask a question, i waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to look up and acknowledge me. But the staff at night was better and much nicer..
